Claims (4)
- 아민 염기를 포함하는 비양성자성 유기 용매에 하기 화학식 3의 L-페닐알라닌을 용해시키는 단계; 및얻어진 L-페닐알라닌 용액과 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 L-프롤린 유도체를 혼합하여 아실화 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1의 알라세프릴의 제조방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3]
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비양성자성 유기 용매는 클로로포름, 디클로로메탄, 테트라하이드로퓨란, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N,N-디메틸포름아세트아미드, 디메틸설폭사이드, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 알라세프릴의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민 염기는 디에틸아민, 트리에틸아민, 트리부틸아민, 피리딘, 1,1,3,3-테트라메틸구아니딘, 1,5-디아자바이사이클로[4.3.0]논-5-엔, 1,4-디아자바이사이클로[2.2.2]옥탄, 1,8-다이아자바이사이클로[5,4,0]운덱-7-엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 알라세프릴의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 L-프롤린 유도체는 피발로일클로라이드 또는 에틸클로로포메이트와 반응하여, L-프롤린 유도체의 카르복실기가 활성화된 상태로 아실화 반응에 사용되는 것인 알라세프릴의 제조방법.
