Claims (5)
- 복수개의 데이터라인과 복수개의 스캔라인이 매트릭스 형태로 교차되어 다수의 구분된 화소영역을 형성하며, 상기 각 화소영역은, 일 데이터라인과 일 스캔라인에 연결되는 스위칭 PMOS트랜지스터와, 상기 스위칭 PMOS트랜지스터의 출력을 입력받아 응답하며 제1전압에 연결되는 구동 PMOS트랜지스터와, 상기 스위칭 PMOS트랜지스터의 출력단과 제1전압에 연결되는 커패시터와, 상기 구동 PMOS트랜지스터의 출력단에 양극이 연결되고 음극이 제2전압과 연결되는 유기전계 발광소자를 구비한 화소부와;수평주사 클럭 신호에 따라 신호의 순차적 쉬프팅 출력을 수행하는 수평 쉬프트 레지스터와, 상기 수평 쉬프트 레지스터의 출력 신호에 따라 디지털 비디오 데이터를 저장하고 래치 신호에 따라 저장된 비디오 데이터를 출력하는 래치회로를 구비한 데이터 구동부와;수직스캔 클럭 신호에 따라 순차적 게이트 구동신호를 출력하는 수직 쉬프트 레지스터를 구비한 게이트 구동부를 포함하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기전계 발광 디스플레이 장치
- 일 데이터라인과 일 스캔라인에 연결되는 스위칭 PMOS트랜지스터와, 상기 스위칭 PMOS트랜지스터의 출력을 입력받아 응답하며 제1전압에 연결되는 구동 PMOS트랜지스터와, 상기 스위칭 PMOS트랜지스터의 출력단과 제1전압에 연결되는 커패시터와, 상기 구동 PMOS트랜지스터의 출력단에 양극이 연결되고 음극이 제2전압과 연결되는 유기전계 발광소자를 포함하여 일 화소를 구성하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기전계 발광 디스플레이 장치의 디지털 구동을 위해,상기 데이터라인으로 상기 유기전계 발광소자의 블랙컬러 표시전압을 인가하는 단계와;상기 스캔라인을 통해 상기 스위칭 PMOS트랜지스터로 제 1 게이트 온 신호를 인가하여 상기 블랙컬러 표시전압을 상기 유기전계 발광소자에 인가하는 단계와;상기 데이터라인을 통해 비디오 데이터 전압을 인가하는 단계와;상기 스캔라인을 통해 상기 스위칭 PMOS트랜지스터로 제 2 게이트 온 신호를 인가하여 상기 비디오 데이터 전압을 상기 유기전계 발광소자에 인가하는 단계를 포함하는 유기전계 발광 디스플레이 장치 디지털 구동방법
- 청구항 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전체 단계는 1 프레임 시간동안 1회 이상 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광 디스플레이 장치 디지털 구동방법
- 청구항 제 2 항 내지 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 비디오 데이터 전압의 입력시간은 2A의 비율로 증가되며, 여기서 A 는 0 을 포함하는 양의 자연수이며 또한 상기 전체 단계의 반복된 횟수인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광 디스플레이 장치 디지털 구동방법
- 청구항 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 블랙컬러 표시전압은 하이 레벨 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광 디스플레이 장치 디지털 구동방법
