Description
Claims (11)
- 한 프레임에 포함되는 복수의 서브 프레임마다 주사선들로 주사신호를 공급하는 주사 구동부와;각각의 출력선으로 2개의 데이터신호를 공급하는 데이터 구동부와;상기 출력선 마다 설치되며, 상기 출력선으로 공급되는 2개의 데이터신호를 2개의 채널로 분배하며 상기 주사신호와 동기되도록 상기 2개의 데이터신호를 동시에 2개의 데이터선으로 공급하기 위한 데이터 분배부와;상기 데이터선들과 상기 주사선들의 교차부에 위치되는 화소들을 포함하며;상기 데이터 분배부 각각은상기 출력선으로 공급되는 상기 2개의 데이터신호를 서로 다른 채널로 분배하여 임시 저장하는 샘플링 래치와;상기 샘플링 래치로부터 공급되는 2개의 데이터신호를 상기 2개의 데이터선으로 동시에 공급하기 위한 홀딩 래치를 구비하며;상기 홀딩 래치 각각의 채널은상기 샘플링 래치와 접속되는 제 2인버터와;상기 제 2인버터와 상기 데이터선 사이에 접속되는 제 2스위치와;상기 제 2스위치와 상기 데이터선 사이에 접속되는 제 3인버터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,서로 위상이 반대인 제 1제어신호 및 제 2제어신호를 상기 데이터 분배부로 공급하는 타이밍 제어부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 샘플링 래치 각각의 채널은상기 출력선과 접속되는 제 1스위치와,상기 제 1스위치와 상기 홀딩 래치 사이에 접속되는 제 1인버터와,상기 제 1스위치와 상기 제 1인버터 사이에 접속되는 제 1커패시터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 2개의 채널 각각에 포함되는 상기 제 1스위치는 서로 다른 시간 동안 턴-온되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 2개의 채널 중 제 1채널에 위치되는 상기 제 1스위치는 제 1극성의 상기 제 1제어신호가 공급될 때 턴-온되고, 제 2채널에 위치되는 상기 제 1스위치는 제 1극성의 상기 제 2제어신호가 공급될 때 턴-온되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 2개의 채널 각각에 포함되는 상기 제 2스위치는 동시에 턴-온되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 2개의 채널 각각에 포함되는 상기 제 2스위치는 제 1극성의 상기 제 1제어신호가 공급될 때 턴-온되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 홀딩 래치의 2개의 채널 중 제 1채널은 상기 제 2인버터와 상기 샘플링 래치 사이에 접속되는 제 3스위치와,상기 제 3스위치와 상기 제 2인버터 사이에 형성되는 제 2커패시터를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 제 3스위치는 제 1극성의 상기 제 2제어신호가 공급될 때 턴-온되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
