Claims (15)
- 베이스 고무;도전성 카본 블랙;상기 베이스 고무의 경도 및 상기 카본 블랙의 분산 조절용 도전성 고분자; 및상기 도전성 고분자의 표면 이행 억제용 바인더 수지를 포함하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 고무가 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 카본 블랙이 아세틸렌 블랙 또는 컨덕티브 퍼네이스 블랙을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 카본 블랙의 함량은 상기 베이스 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 1-50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 고분자가 폴리아닐린계 고분자, 폴리아닐린 술폰계 고분자, 폴리피롤, 폴리아세틸렌 및 이의 혼합물로부터 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 고분자의 함량이 상기 베이스 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 1-30 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지가 아크릴 수지, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리아크릴아마이드, 폴리 염화비닐 수지, 우레탄 수지, 초산비닐 수지, 부타디엔 수지, 에폭시 수지, 알키드 수지, 멜라민 수지, 클로로프렌 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지의 함량이 상기 베이스 고무 100중량부를 기준으로 1-50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제, 가교제, 가황제, 가황촉진제, 연화제, 유화제 및 노화방지제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 유기과산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가황제가 유황, 유황 공여체, 머켑토 트리아진류 및 티오우레아류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치용 현상 롤러.
- 대전 롤러; 현상 롤러; 광주사 장치; 전사 롤러; 상기 대전 롤러에 의해 대전되어 상기 광주사 장치에 의해 정전 잠상이 형성되며 상기 현상 롤러로부터 공급되는 토너에 의해 가시 화상을 형성하는 감광체; 및 상기 구성요소를 구동하는 구동부를 구비하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치에 있어서, 상기 현상 롤러가,베이스 고무;도전성 카본 블랙;상기 베이스 고무의 경도 및 상기 카본 블랙의 분산 조절용 도전성 고분자; 및상기 도전성 고분자의 표면 이행 억제용 바인더 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 고무가 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 고분자가 폴리아닐린계 고분자, 폴리아닐린 술폰계 고분자, 폴리피롤, 폴리아세틸렌 및 이의 혼합물로부터 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지가 아크릴 수지, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리아크릴아마이드, 폴리 염화비닐 수지, 우레탄 수지, 초산비닐 수지, 부타디엔 수지, 에폭시 수지, 알키드 수지, 멜라민 수지, 클로로프렌 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기록 화상형성 장치.
