Claims (6)
- 파라크실렌을 초산용매 중에서 산화하여 얻어지는 조테레프탈산을 물에 용해시키고, 이 액체를 반응기 내에서 촉매의 존재하에 수소로 환원처리하여, 이 환원처리를 정석 및 고액분리하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조공정에 있어서의 조테레프탈산 용해액의 반응기 내로의 공급방법에 있어서, 조테레프탈산 용해액의 반응기 내로의 유입속도를 1 m/s 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 테레프탈산의 제조공정에 있어서의 조테레프탈산 용해액의 반응기 내로의 공급방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조테레프탈산 용해액이 230℃ 이상으로 가열된 조테레프탈산 용해액인 조테레프탈산 용해액의 반응기 내로의 공급방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응기 내에 액류의 분산장치를 설치하여, 조테레프탈산 용해액의 유입속도를 저감시키도록 한 조테레프탈산 용해액의 반응기 내로의 공급방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분산장치가 조테레프탈산 용해액의 공급관이 접속되어 있는 공급구와, 반응기 내로 개구하는 복수의 분산구를 갖고, 상기 공급구의 면적 S와 복수 분산구의 총면적 SA의 비(SA/S)가, 1을 넘도록 설계된 분산장치인 조테레프탈산 용해액의 반응기 내로의 공급방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 분산장치가 고리형상 관에 공급관을 접속하고, 고리형상 관의 주위 벽면에 관통하는 다수의 분산구를 형성한 분산장치인 조테레프탈산 용해액의 반응기 내로의 공급방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 반응기 내로의 공급방법을 사용한 테레프탈산의 제조방법.
