Claims (26)
- 섬유를 웨브로 형성하는 방법이며,a) 회복률(R1)을 갖는 제1 성분과, 회복률(R2)을 갖는 제2 성분을 공압출하는 단계와,b) 각각 소정의 직경을 갖는 복수의 연속 용융 섬유를 형성하도록 스핀 팩을 통해 제1 및 제2 성분을 지향시키는 단계와,c) 복수의 냉각된 섬유를 형성하도록 상기 복수의 용융 섬유를 퀀칭 챔버를 통해 경로설정하는 단계와,d) 각각 상기 용융 섬유보다 작은 직경을 갖는 복수의 고상 섬유를 형성하도록 복수의 냉각된 섬유를 인발 유닛을 통해 경로설정하는 단계와,e) 각각의 상기 냉각된 고상 섬유를 적어도 50%까지 신장시키는 단계와,f) 상기 신장된 섬유가 이완되는 것을 허용하여, 코일형 섬유를 형성하는 단계와,g) 웨브를 형성하도록 이동 지지부 상에 코일형 섬유를 적층시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 R1은 R2보다 높고, 상기 냉각된 섬유 각각의 제1 성분은 제2 성분에 부착되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 이성분 섬유인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 이성분 섬유는 코어/시스 단면 구성을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 성분은 서로 기계식으로 부착되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 성분은 서로 화학적으로 부착되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 성분은 서로 물리적으로 부착되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웨브는 스펀본드 부직포 웨브인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스핀 팩을 빠져나오는 상기 용융 섬유의 속도보다 빠른 속도로 상기 복수의 냉각된 섬유를 인발하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웨브 내의 상기 제1 성분의 체적비는 약 40% 내지 약 80% 사이인 방법.
- 이성분 섬유를 웨브로 형성하는 방법이며,a) 회복률(R1)을 갖는 제1 성분과, 회복률(R2)을 갖는 제2 성분을 공압출하는 단계와,b) 각각 소정의 직경을 갖는 복수의 연속 용융 섬유를 형성하도록 제1 속도로 스핀 팩을 통해 제1 및 제2 성분을 지향시키는 단계와,c) 복수의 냉각된 섬유를 형성하도록 퀀칭 챔버를 통해 상기 복수의 용융 섬유를 경로설정하는 단계와,d) 각각 상기 용융 섬유보다 작은 직경을 갖는 복수의 고상 섬유를 형성하도록 제1 속도보다 큰 제2 속도로 인발 유닛을 통해 상기 복수의 냉각된 섬유를 경로설정하는 단계와,e) 각각의 상기 냉각된 고상 섬유를 적어도 50%만큼 신장시키는 단계와,f) 상기 신장된 섬유가 이완되는 것을 허용하여, 코일형 섬유를 형성하는 단계와,g) 웨브를 형성하도록 이동 지지부 상에 상기 코일형 섬유를 적층시키는 단계와,h) 안정화된 웨브를 형성하도록 상기 웨브 상에 고온 공기를 지향시키는 단계와,i) 본디드 웨브를 형성하도록 상기 안정화된 웨브 내에 복수의 결합부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 R1은 R2보다 높고, 상기 각각의 고상 섬유의 제1 성분은 제2 성분에 부착되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 성분은 폴리에스테르인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 성분은 폴리락트산(polylactic acid)인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 본디드 웨브를 형성하도록 한 쌍의 결합 롤에 의해 형성된 닙을 통해 안정화된 섬유의 상기 웨브를 결합하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 웨브는 적어도 일방향으로 약 400%의 연신을 갖는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2 성분은 폴리올레핀인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 냉각된 고상 섬유를 약 75% 내지 약 1,000% 신장시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 냉각된 고상 섬유를 약 100% 내지 약 500% 신장시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 용융 섬유는 약 0.1 mm 내지 약 2.0 mm의 소정의 직경을 갖는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 본디드 웨브는 적어도 일방향으로 약 200%의 연신을 갖는 방법.

- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 코일형 섬유는 나선형 구성을 갖는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 안정화된 웨브를 형성하도록 상기 웨브 상에 고온 공기의 수 개의 흐름을 지향시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 제곱인치당 적어도 하나의 결합부가 상기 본디드 웨브 내에 형성되는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 제곱인치당 적어도 30개의 결합부가 본디드 웨브 내에 형성된 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 본디드 웨브는 적어도 일방향으로 약 100%까지의 연신을 갖는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 본디드 웨브는 두 개의 방향으로 약400%까지의 연신을 갖는 방법.
