Abstract

"MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DE UMA FIBRA TRIDIMENSIONAL EM UMA TRAMA". é apresentado um método de formação de fibras tridimensionais em uma trama. O método inclui as etapas de co-extrudar um primeiro componente e um segundo componente. O primeiro componente tem uma percentagem de recuperação R~ 1~ e o segundo componente tem uma percentagem de recuperação R~ 2~, onde R~ 1~ é maior que R~ 2~ . O primeiro e o segundo componentes são orientados através de um feixe de fiação para formar uma série de fibras fundidas contínuas. As fibras fundidas são em seguida encaminhadas através de uma câmara de esfriamento rápido para formar uma série de fibras esfriadas. As fibras esfriadas são em seguida encaminhadas através de uma unidade de estiramento para formar diversas fibras lineares sólidas contínuas. Cada uma das fibras sólidas é em seguida estirada em pelo menos 50% antes de poderem relaxar. A etapa de relaxamento forma as fibras lineares em diversas fibras contínuas tridimensionais, tendo cada uma individualmente uma configuração helicoidal ao longo de pelo menos uma porção do seu comprimento.
