Claims (3)
- 제1파이프 및 제2파이프가 소정의 구간동안 나란히 배치되고, 상기 제1파이프 및 제2파이프의 끝단이 어퍼 및 로어 플레이트에 의해서 덮어지며, 상기 어퍼 플레이트와 로어 플레이트의 중간부에는 각각 상부 격벽과 하부 격벽이 합류부의 중앙을 향해 돌출형성된 듀얼 배기 파이프의 구조에 있어서,상기한 제1파이프(41)와 제2파이프(42)의 후방측 끝단부는 서로 면접되도록 소정 구간에 걸쳐 직선면(41a,42a)으로 형성되어지되, 상기 제1파이프(41)와 제2파이프(42) 중 어느 일측의 파이프의 직선면(41a)이 다른 일측면의 직선면(42a)보다 길게 확대된 연장부(43)가 형성되고,상기한 연장부(43)의 측면으로는 상기한 어퍼 플레이트(52)와 로어 플레이트(52)의 내측면에 각각 돌출형성된 상부 격벽(53)과 하부 격벽(54)의 전방단이 면접되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼 배기 파이프의 합류부 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 제1파이프(41)와 제2파이프(42)에 형성된 직선면이 위치된 구간의 외주에는 외측 어퍼 플레이트(55) 및 외측 로어 플레이트(56)와의 간격 유지 및 단열을 위한 공기층(57)에 스틸 와이어 매트(58)가 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼 배기 파이프의 합류부 구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기한 스틸 와이어 매트(58)가 장착되는 외측 어퍼 플레이트(55)와 외측 로어 플레이트(56)의 내측면 도중에는 상기 스틸 와이어 매트(58)가 장착된 상태가 유지되도록 하기 위한 스톱퍼(59)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼 배기 파이프의 합류부 구조.
