Description
Claims (9)
- 발광층을 개재시켜 형성되는 한쌍의 전극을 포함하는 전자 회로를 구성하는 도전율이 서로 다른 각종 층으로 이루어지는 적층체를 개재시켜 제1 플렉시블 기판 및 제2 플렉시블 기판이 형성되고,상기 제1 플렉시블 기판 및 상기 제2 플렉시블 기판의 적어도 한쪽에는 건조제가 개재되고,상기 건조제는, 그 각각이 이것에 인접하는 다른 건조제와 분리된 복수의 섬 형상의 건조제로 구성되어 있는 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 발광층을 개재시켜 형성되는 한쌍의 전극을 포함하는 전자 회로를 구성하는 도전율이 서로 다른 각종 층으로 이루어지는 적층체를 개재시켜 제1 플렉시블 기판 및 제2 플렉시블 기판이 형성되고,상기 제1 플렉시블 기판 및 상기 제2 플렉시블 기판의 적어도 한쪽에는 가스 배리어층 및 건조제가 개재되고,상기 가스 배리어층은 건조제에 대하여 상기 적층체의 반대측에 위치 결정되며,상기 건조제는, 상기 가스 배리어층에 대향하는 면에 산재된 복수의 섬 형상의 건조제로 구성되고, 또한 상기 복수의 섬 형상의 건조제의 각각은, 이것에 인접하는 상기 섬 형상의 건조제의 다른 것과 분리되는 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건조제를 직접 사이에 끼우는 재료층의 어디에도 상기 건조제의 성분이 함유되어 있지 않은 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 건조제를 사이에 끼우는 상기 재료층의 한쪽은 접착제층인 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 건조제는, 상기 제1 플렉시블 기판 및 제2 플렉시블 기판 중 상기 발광층측에 배치되는 한쪽에 개재되는 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 건조제는, 상기 제1 플렉시블 기판 및 상기 제2 플렉시블 기판의 쌍방에 개재되는 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 섬 형상의 건조제는 매트릭스 형상으로 배치되어 있는 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 섬 형상의 건조제는 허니콤 형상으로 배치되어 있는 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 섬 형상의 건조제의 하나와 상기 하나의 건조제에 인접하는 상기 복수의 섬 형상의 건조제의 다른 것과의 이격 거리는 100㎛ 이상인 유기 EL 표시 장치.
