Claims (11)
- Zn욕 중에 4.0 내지 15질량%의 Al 및 1.0 내지 4.0질량%의 Mg를 함유하는 용융 Zn기 도금욕에 강 스트립(steel strip)을 연속적으로 침지하여 인취한 후, 응고 완료 후의 도금층 표면을 수류(water stream)와 접촉시키면서 수냉시키는 워터 켄치 영역(water quenching zone)에 연속적으로 강 스트립을 통과시키며, 이때에 당해 워터 켄치 영역에서 입구측 재료 온도를 105℃ 미만으로 제어하여 도금층 표면의 광택 악화를 억제함으로써 이루어지는, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판의 제조방법.
- Al: 4.0 내지 15질량%,Mg: 1.0 내지 4.0질량%,Ti: 0.001 내지 0.1질량%,B: 0.001 내지 0.045질량%,잔여량의 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용융 Zn기 도금욕에 강 스트립을 연속적으로 침지하여 인취한 후, 응고 완료 후의 도금층 표면을 수류와 접촉시키면서 수냉시키는 워터 켄치 영역에 연속적으로 강 스트립을 통과시키며, 이때에 당해 워터 켄치 영역에서 입구측 재료 온도를 105℃ 미만으로 제어하여 도금층 표면의 광택 악화를 억제함으로써 이루어지는, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판의 제조방법.
- Zn욕 중에 4.0 내지 15질량%의 Al 및 1.0 내지 4.0질량%의 Mg를 함유하는 용융 Zn기 도금욕에 희토류 원소 Y, Zr 및 Si에서 선택된 산화 용이성 원소 하나 이상을 0.002 내지 0.05질량% 첨가하고 나서, 당해 욕에 강 스트립을 연속적으로 침지하여 인취한 후, 응고 완료 후의 도금층 표면을 수류와 접촉시키면서 수냉시키는 워터 켄치 영역에 연속적으로 강 스트립을 통과시키며, 이때에 당해 워터 켄치 영역에서 입구측 재료 온도를 105℃ 이상으로 제어하여 도금층 표면의 광택 악화를 억제함으로써 이루어지는, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판의 제조방법.
- Al: 4.0 내지 15질량%,Mg: 1.0 내지 4.0질량%,Ti: 0.001 내지 0.1질량%,B: 0.001 내지 0.045질량%,희토류 원소 Y, Zr 및 Si에서 선택된 산화 용이성 원소 하나 이상: 0.002 내지 0.05질량%,잔여량의 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용융 Zn기 도금욕에 강 스트립을 연속적으로 침지하여 인취한 후, 응고 완료 후의 도금층 표면을 수류와 접촉시키면서 수냉시키는 워터 켄치 영역에 연속적으로 강 스트립을 통과시키며, 이때에 당해 워터 켄치 영역에서 입구측 재료 온도를 105 내지 300℃로 제어하여 도금층 표면의 광택 악화를 억제함으로써 이루어지는, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 워터 켄치 영역에 강 스트립을 통과시킨 후, 다시 화학 처리 영역에 강 스트립을 통과시키는, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판의 제조방법.
- Al: 4.0 내지 15질량%,Mg: 1.0 내지 4.0질량%,희토류 원소 Y, Zr 및 Si에서 선택된 산화 용이성 원소 하나 이상: 0.002 내지 0.05질량%,잔여량의 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용융 도금욕을 사용하여 강 스트립을 용융 도금하여 수득한, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판.
- Al: 4.0 내지 15질량%,Mg: 1.0 내지 4.0질량%,Ti: 0.001 내지 0.1질량%,B: 0.001 내지 0.045질량%,희토류 원소 Y, Zr 및 Si에서 선택된 산화 용이성 원소 하나 이상: 0.002 내지 0.05질량%,잔여량의 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용융 도금욕을 사용하여 강 스트립을 용융 도금하여 수득한, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 산화 용이성 원소가 도금층의 최외 표면층부에 농축되어 있는, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도금층이 [Al/Zn/Zn2Mg의 3원 공결정 조직]의 매트릭스 중에 [초기 결정 Al상]이 혼재하거나 [초기 결정 Al상]과 [Zn상] 및/또는 [Zn2Mg상]이 혼재하는 금속 조직을 갖는, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판.
- Al: 4.0 내지 15질량%,Mg: 1.0 내지 4.0질량%,희토류 원소 Y, Zr 및 Si에서 선택된 산화 용이성 원소 하나 이상: 0.002 내지 0.05질량%,잔여량의 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용융 도금욕을 사용하여 강 스트립을 용융 도금한 다음, 당해 도금층을 화학 처리하여 수득한, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판.
- Al: 4.0 내지 15질량%,Mg: 1.0 내지 4.0질량%,Ti: 0.001 내지 0.1질량%,B: 0.001 내지 0.045질량%,희토류 원소 Y, Zr 및 Si에서 선택된 산화 용이성 원소 하나 이상: 0.002 내지 0.05질량%,잔여량의 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용융 도금욕을 사용하여 강 스트립을 용융 도금한 다음, 당해 도금층을 화학 처리하여 수득한, 광택 유지성이 양호한 용융 Zn기 도금 강판.
