Claims (5)
- 유체의 유로가 되는 복수의 셀을 갖는 세라믹으로 이루어지는 허니컴 구조체의 단부면을 적어도 세라믹 분말과 분산 매체를 함유하는 슬러리가 저장 보관된 저류 용기 중에 침지하고, 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면에 대하여 압압하는 것에 의해, 상기 복수의 셀 중의 적어도 일부의 셀에 상기 슬러리를 압입시켜 플러깅부를 형성하며, 이어서 상기 플러깅부가 형성된 허니컴 구조체를 상기 저류 용기로부터 빼냄으로써, 상기 복수의 셀 중의 적어도 일부의 셀이 플러깅된 허니컴 구조체를 얻는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법으로서,상기 플러깅부와 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면과의 사이에 미리 공기층을 형성하여 양자를 일단 분리한 후, 상기 플러깅부가 형성된 허니컴 구조체를 상기 저류 용기로부터 빼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 구조체의 단부면에 있어서 상기 셀 중 일부를 마스킹하고, 상기 허니컴 구조체의 마스킹한 단부면을 상기 슬러리가 저장 보관된 저류 용기 중에 침지하며, 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면에 대하여 압압함으로써, 나머지 셀에 상기 슬러리를 압입시켜 플러깅부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러깅부를 형성한 후, 상기 허니컴 구조체의 플러깅부가 형성된 쪽의 단부면과 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면을 상대적으로 회전시키면서 상기 플러깅부와 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면을 분리함으로써, 상기 플러깅부와 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면과의 사이에 미리 공기층을 형성하여 양자를 일단 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러깅부를 형성한 후, 상기 저류 용기의 저면부를 슬라이드하여 상기 저류 용기의 저면을 개방함으로써, 상기 플러깅부와 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면과의 사이에 미리 공기층을 형성하여 양자를 일단 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러깅부를 형성한 후, 상기 플러깅부와 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면과의 사이에 공기를 도입함으로써, 상기 플러깅부와 상기 저류 용기의 내부 저면과의 사이에 미리 공기층을 형성하여 양자를 일단 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체의 제조 방법.
