Claims (13)
- 중금속에 대한 내성 및/또는 축적성을 나타내는 Pcr 군 유전자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Pcr 군 유전자는 AtPcr1, AtPcr2, AtPcr8, AtPcr9 , AtPcr10, 및 OsPcr1으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 유전자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 AtPcr1과 전체 아미노산 서열이 29% 이상 서열 상동성을 가지는 단백질을 발현하는 것인 유전자와 AtPcr1의 막관통 도메인과 35% 이상의 서열 상동성을 가지는 도메인을 포함하는 단백질을 발현하는 유전자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 AtPcr1 단백질은 막관통 도메인(transmembrane domain)이 카드뮴 내성을 가지는 것인 유전자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 AtPcr1 단백질은 조직특이적으로 발현되는 단백질인 유전자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 재조합 벡터는 pYES2/NTC-Pcr 또는 PGA1535-Pcr인 재조합벡터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 유전자로 형질전환된 형질전환 생물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 형질전환 생물은 원핵생물 또는 진핵생물인 형질전환 생물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 진핵생물은 동물, 식물, 또는 효모등의 곰팡이인 형질전환 생물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 초본 식물 또는 목본 식물인 형질전환 생물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 애기장대, 벼, 유채, 갓, 담배, 양파, 당근, 오이, 유채, 올리브, 고구마, 감자, 배추, 무, 상추, 담배, 브로콜리, 페츄니아, 해바라기, 갓, 잔디, 자작나무, 포플러, 버드나무, 및 박달나무로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 형질전환 생물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 야생종에 비해 지상부에 중금속을 많이 축적하는 형질전환 식물인 형질전환 생물.
