Claims (4)
- 피스톤 챔버의 일방측에 메인 밸브 챔버가 형성되고, 피스톤 챔버의 타방측에 격벽을 개재하여 수동조작자 챔버가 형성되고, 피스톤 챔버에 피스톤이 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치됨과 동시에 메인 밸브 챔버에 메인 밸브가 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되고, 피스톤의 이동에 의하여 메인 밸브가 이동되는 파일럿식 전자(電磁) 밸브에 있어서,상기 격벽에 안내 구멍이 형성되고, 피스톤의 타방측에 가이드 돌출부가 형성되고, 가이드 돌출부가 안내 구멍에 삽입관통되고, 경사면을 가지는 수동조작자가 수동조작자 챔버에 왕복이동 가능상태로 설치되고, 수동조작자의 조작에 의하여 경사면이 가이드 돌출부에 접촉하여 피스톤을 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿식 전자 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경사면이 수동조작자의 선단부에 일방측을 향하여 형성되고, 상기 가이드 돌출부의 선단에 완만하게 경사진 경사부가 형성되고, 경사면과 가이드 돌출부의 경사부가 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿식 전자 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,수동조작자 챔버의 타방측에 지지면이 형성되고, 수동조작자의 타방의 면이 지지면에 슬라이딩 가능하게 접촉하고, 상기 경사면이 타방의 방향으로 이동하는 것이 방지된 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿식 전자 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수동조작자가 수동조작자 챔버에 회전 불가능한 상태 또한 이동범위제한의 상태가 되고, 수동조작자의 기단부(基端部)에 파지부(把持部, grip portion)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿식 전자 밸브.
