Claims (3)
- 용매가 수용된 제 1 반응 용기에 형광체 입자와 분산제를 투입하고 교반하여 형광체 잉크용의 슬러리(slurry)를 형성하는 제 1 단계;상기 제 1 단계와는 별도로, 상기 용매가 수용된 제 2 반응 용기에 바인더를 투입하여 형광체 잉크용의 혼합액을 형성하는 제 2 단계;상기 제 1 단계에서 형성한 슬러리를 압전 소자가 설치된 분산 용기에 투입하고, 상기 분산 용기에 저주파 대역의 제 1 초음파와, 고주파 대역의 제 2 초음파를 설정 분산 시간 동안 번갈아가며 주기적으로 인가하는 제 3 단계;상기 제 3 단계에서 초음파를 인가하여 분산시킨 슬러리를 상기 제 2 단계에서 형성한 혼합액에 분산시키는 제 4 단계로 이루어지는, 형광체 잉크 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는;증류수, 케톤류, 글리콜류, 알콜계 유기 용제로 이루어진 군(郡)중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는, 형광체 잉크 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 형광체는;ZnSiO4:MnO2+,(Y,Ga)BO3:Eu3+, BaMgAl10O17:Eu3+으로 이루어진 군(郡)중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는, 형광체 잉크 제조 방법.
