Claims (27)
- 접선 절결 삽입부(10, 10', 10")이며,관통하는 제1 축선(A1)에 대해 180°회전 대칭하는 2개의 동일한 대향 단부면(12, 12', 12")과,상기 2개의 대향 단부면(12, 12', 12")들 사이에 연장되는 주변 측면(14)과,단부면(12, 12', 12") 각각과 상기 주변 측면(14)의 교차부에 형성된 주변 에지(40)를 포함하고, 각각의 주변 에지 중 적어도 2개의 부분이 절결 에지(52)를 구성하며,상기 주변 측면(14)은,상기 제1 축선(A1)에 직각인 관통하는 제2 축선(A2)에 대해 180°회전 대칭하는 2개의 동일한 대향 큰 측면(18, 18')과,상기 제1 축선(A1) 및 상기 제2 축선(A2)에 직각인 관통하는 제3 축선(A3)에 대해 180°회전 대칭하는 2개의 동일한 대향 작은 측면(16, 16')을 포함하고,작은 평면(P1)이 상기 제1 축선(A1) 및 상기 제2 축선(A2)에 의해 한정되고,큰 평면(P2)이 상기 제1 축선(A1) 및 상기 제3 축선(A3)에 의해 한정되고,중간 평면(M)이 상기 제2 축선(A2) 및 상기 제3 축선(A3)에 의해 한정되며,단부면(12, 12', 12") 각각은 2개의 하강 코너(26)와 2개의 상승 코너(24)인 4개의 코너를 갖고, 상기 하강 코너(26)는 상기 상승 코너(24)보다 상기 중간 평면(M)에 더 근접하며,단부면(12, 12', 12") 각각에는 돌출 접합면(30, 30', 30A, 30C)을 갖는 하나 이상의 돌출 접합 부재(28, 28', 28"A, 28"C)가 구비되며, 어느 한 쪽의 큰 측면(18, 18")의 측면도에서, 상기 돌출 접합면(30, 30', 30A, 30C)은 오목한 표면상에 위치되는 접선 절결 삽입부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 어느 한 쪽의 큰 측면(18, 18')의 측면도에서, 돌출 접합면(30, 30')은 일반적으로 V자 형상인 절결 삽입부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절결 삽입부(10)의 단부에서 볼 때, 하나 이상의 돌출 접합면(30)은 2개의 짧은 에지(38)들 사이에 연장되는 2개의 평행한 긴 에지(36)를 갖는 일반적으로 직사각형 형상이고, 상기 긴 에지(36)는 상기 큰 평면(P2)과 β의 각을 이루는 절결 삽입부.
- 제3항에 있어서, β=2°인 절결 삽입부.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출 접합면(30, 30')은 2개의 외부의 편평부(32, 32')들과 그들 사이의 하나의 내부의 편평부(34, 34')인 3개의 편평부들을 포함하고, 외부의 편평부(32, 32') 각각은 각각의 짧은 에지(38)로부터 상기 내부의 편평부(34, 34')까지 연장되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제5항에 있어서, 절결 삽입부(10')의 단부에서 볼 때, 2개의 중간 선(L1, L2)은 각각의 외부의 편평부(32')에 대해 하나가 한정되고, 상기 중간 선(L1, L2)은 중첩되지 않고 공통의 직선 상에 위치되지 않는 절결 삽입부.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 중간 선(L1, L2)은 평행한 절결 삽입부.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 중간 선(L1, L2)은 큰 측면(18')에 평행한 절결 삽입부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절결 삽입부(10, 10', 10")의 단부에서 볼 때, 하나 이상의 돌출 접합 부재(28"A, 28"C)는 긴 S자 형상을 갖는 절결 삽입부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단부면(12") 각각에는 2개의 돌출 접합 부재(28"A, 28"C)가 구비되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 돌출 접합 부재(28"A, 28"C)는 상기 작은 평면(P1)의 대향 측면 상에 위치되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 돌출 접합 부재(28"A, 28"C)의 제1의 큰 부분은 큰 평면(P2)의 제1 측면 상에 위치되고, 상기 2개의 돌출 접합 부재(28"A,28"C)의 제2의 큰 부분은 큰 평면(P2)의 제2 측면 상에 위치되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작은 측면(16, 16') 각각은 큰 평면(P2)이 작은 측면(16, 16')과 교차하는 접합부(72)를 따라 큰 평면(P2)에 의해 2개의 작은 측면 부표면(70)으로 분할되고, 작은 측면 부표면(70) 각각은 접합부(72)를 통과하는 평면에 대하여 각도 α로 접합부(72)로부터 멀리 연장되고 작은 평면(P1)에 평행한 절결 삽입부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작은 측면(16, 16") 각각은 코너 측면(22)에서 인접한 큰 측면(18, 18")과 합체되며, 코너 측면(22) 각각은 2개의 대향 단부면(12, 12', 12")들 중 하나의 소정의 상승 코너(24)와 2개의 대향 단부면(12, 12', 12")들 중 다른 하나의 소정의 하강 코너(26) 사이에 연장되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절결 에지(52) 각각은 큰 절결 에지(54, 54'), 작은 절결 에지(56) 및 그들 사이의 코너 절결 에지(58)를 포함하는 절결 삽입부.
- 제15항에 있어서, 큰 에지, 모퉁이 에지 및 작은 에지(42, 50, 44)는 인접한 단부면(12, 12', 12")과 큰 측면, 코너 측면 및 작은 측면(18, 18', 22, 16, 16') 각각의 교차부에서 형성되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제15항에 있어서, 코너 절결 에지(58) 각각은 소정의 상승 코너(24)와 연합되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제16항에 있어서, 큰 절결 에지(54, 54') 각각은 연합된 큰 에지(42)의 사실상 전체 길이를 따라 연장되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제16항에 있어서, 작은 절결 에지(56) 각각은 연합된 작은 에지(44)의 길이의 적어도 절반부를 따라 연장되는 절결 삽입부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 큰 측면(18, 18')들 사이에 연장되고 상기 제2 축선(A2)과 일치하는 보어 축선(B)을 갖는 삽입 관통 보어(74)를 더 포함하는 절결 삽입부.

- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 축방향 접합 영역(96)은 방사상 외부의 작은 측면 부표면(70)의 전방 영역(108)에 위치되고, 상기 전방 영역은 삽입 포켓(84)의 후방 벽의 말단부에 위치되는 밀링 커터.
- 제23항에 있어서, 하부 및 상부 접선 접합면(100, 98)은 작은 평면(P1)의 대향 측면 상에 위치되는 밀링 커터.
- 제23항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 절결 삽입부(10, 10')의 단부면(12, 12') 각각에는 하나의 돌출 접합 부재(28, 28')가 구비되고, 제1 접선 접합면 및 제2 접선 접합면(104, 104', 106, 106')은 상기 하나의 돌출 접합 부재(28, 28') 상에 위치되는 밀링 커터.
