Claims (3)
- 밸브 내부에 수압을 가하여 누수여부를 검사하는 밸브수압시험장치에 있어서:상기 밸브(V)의 일단에 밀착된 상태로 기밀이 유지되는 고정플랜지(12)와, 고정플랜지(12)와 대응하는 위치에서 가압실린더(14a)의 작동에 의해 전·후 이송되면서 밸브(V)의 다른 일단에 밀착되어 기밀이 유지되는 유동플랜지(14)가 구비되는 밸브클램프수단(10);상기 밸브클램프수단(10)의 유동플랜지(14)에 연결되는 고압호스(22)를 통하여 물탱크(T)에 저장된 물을 밸브(V) 내부에 고압으로 공급하는 수압펌프(20);상기 수압펌프(20)의 고압호스(22)상에 구비되어 밸브(V) 내부로 공급되는 물의 이송을 단속하는 물공급밸브(30);상기 수압펌프(20)의 고압호스(22)상에 구비되어 밸브(V) 내부로 공급되는 수압을 측정하는 압력센서(40); 및상기 압력센서(40)의 압력이 설정된 압력에 도달하면 물공급밸브(30)를 제어하여 고압호스(22)를 통한 물의 이송이 단속되고, 설정된 시간동안 압력센서(40)를 통하여 누수압을 검사하는 제어부(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 밸브수압 시험장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밸브(V)의 누수압 검사가 완료되면, 상기 제어부(50)에 의해 개폐작동이 제어되어 유동플랜지(14)와 밸브(V) 내부에 잔류하는 물을 물탱크(T)로 회수하도록 물공급밸브(30)와 인접하는 고압호스(22)상에 드레인밸브(60)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 밸브수압 시험장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압력센서(40)와 인접하는 고압호스(22)상에 설치되어 밸브(V)에 허용압력이상의 수압이 작용시 개방되어 고압수가 물탱크(T)로 배출되도록 안전밸브(70)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 밸브수압 시험장치.
