Abstract

본 고안은 내.외장 건축용조립식칸막이 조립시 별도의 전선박스기둥 을 세워 박스기둥에 전선 및 파이프를 넣어 스위치 와 콘센트 를 설치하여 간편히 뚜껑을 열고 닫을수있도록 하여 전선작업이 편리하도록 고안한것을 특징으로한다.

본 고안은 건축물 내.외부의 판넬벽체 를 세우며 칸막이 또는 조립식샌드위치판넬
의 전선매입시 간단히 지주(10)을 세워주고 판넬을 조립해나갈수 있고 박스 기둥지주(10)에 있는 마감뚜껑(20)을 열어 전선파이프 및 전선 작업을 벽체(박스기둥)에 매입시킬수 있는 구조이다.일반적인 샌드위치판넬의 조립시 전선매입작업은 판넬속의 스치로풀이나 우레탄폼이 있으므로 속을 전선이 매입되도록 PVC파이프를 넣어주는데 스치로풀이나 우레탄을 떼어내거나 구멍을 내어 밀어넣는데 작업의 번거로움이나 날카로운 철판에 긁혀 전선에 흠이생겨 화재의 원인 이 되기도 한다.또한 건축물의 내부용으로 쓰는 경량칸막이에서도 경량칸막이내부에 전선 매입을 하는데 경량칸막이내부에 충진되어진 스치로풀이나 종이하니컴이 있어 PVC파이프나 전선을 매입하여 스위치와 콘센트를 연결하여 쓰는데 작업 이 판넬속을 일일이 뚫어서 작업을 해야하므로 번거롭고 시간이오래걸리며 화재시 쉽게 전선이노출되어 대형건물내에서는 큰화재로 이어질수가 있다
본 고안은 다중의 조립식판넬로이어진 건축물의 내부에 각각의 전기스위치배선과 전기콘센트 배선 작업을 원활히 하기위한 구조로 만들어진 조립식판넬 전용 전기배선박스지주이며 첫째.건축물의 실내공간에 조립식판넬로 이어진 벽체에 전기배선작업이 이루어졌을때 화재로부터 안전한 전기배선박스지주을 만들어 최소한의 노출로 인명피해를줄이고 재산상의 손실을 최소화하기위한것이다.
둘째.건축물의 내 .외부 판넬을 조립하여 시공해나가면서 전기배선작업으로 인한 공사 지연과 시공기간 단축과 안전한 전기전용박스지주을 만들어 손쉬운 보수나 점검을 받고 편리한시공을하는데 목적이있다.
본 고안의 실시예를 첨부한 도면에 따라서 상세히 설명하면 다음과같다
도1은 본고안을 설명하기위한 사시도이며 , 도2는 본 고안의 일요부인 지주의 배면도이고 , 도3은 본고안의 평면도이며 , 도4는 본고안의 좌.우측면도이다, 도면1는 도면부호(10)은 알루미늄지주 를 나타내는것으로 상기지주(10)에 알미늄성형된마감뚜껑(20)을 열고 닫을수 있도록부착하고 지주(10)에 요홈부(14a)(14b)를 만들어 이웃한 판넬과 의 연속적 이음역할을 좌측날개부(11)우측날개부(12) 좌,우 고정시켜주며 지주(10)에 마감뚜껑(20)을 고정시켜주는 스톱돌부(21)는 일정한 힘을 가하였을때 지주(10)에 맏닿아 고정되어 질수있도록 톱니형식의스톱돌부(21) 역할을 할수있는 구조를 특징으로한다.
도2는 지주(10)의 배면도 이고 상기지주(10)에 한면에는 타공된 스위치배선구(31) 전기콘센트 배선구(30)를 타공하여 일정한 간격에 정렬된 형식의 배선기구를설치를 할수있도록하는것을 특징으로한다 .
도3은 본고안의 평면도 이고 지주(10)에 판넬연결구(40)(41)를 만들어 각각의판넬이 H형식의 구조로 조립되어나가며 지주의 중앙에는 ㅁ 구조의 박스가 형성되어 화재로부터안전하고 외부의 날카로운 물건들로부터 보호받을수있도록 하여 전선이나 인터넷선 캐이블선 등을 PVC 파이프 나 스텐주름관 등 을 넣어 본지주(10)에 매입할수있도록 고안 된것이다.
도4는 본 고안의 좌측면도 와 우측면도이며 동일한 면을 갗는다.

화재 로 부터 안전하고 날카로운 물건으로 부터 안전하게 전선 매입을 판넬조립시 설치할수있으며 보수 점검시 편리하게 뚜껑만 열면 점검하기 편리한 박스기둥을 만들어 설치시나 해체시에도 언제나 편리하게 이용할수 있는것을 특징으로한다.

  1. 전체적으로 챤넬형의 단면형상을 가지며, 폭방향의 양측에 서로 대칭이되도록 수직으로 맞대어지는 판넬의 형상이 지주(10)과 마감뚜껑(20)이 서로맞대어지며 형성되 는 좌측날개부(11) 우측날개부(12)에 판넬을 끼워 맞추어지며 요홈부(14a)와 요홈부(14b)가 마감뚜껑(20) 과 지주(10)가서로맞대어 있는 형상을 구성하는것 을 특징으로하는 수직고정 조립식칸막이연결지주
  2. 상기 제1항 에 있어서 지주(10)의 날개부(11)(12)에외부 방화판재 를 끼워 맞출때에 좌.우 조립할수있는 지주(10)의 구조에 전기배선작업을 위한 사면내부홈부 중앙에 지주(10)의 마감뚜껑(20)을가진 수직고정 조립식칸막이연결지주
