Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 용융 형태의 중합체를, 중합체를 기준으로 하여 25 내지 500ppm의 양으로 존재하는 유리 라디칼 개시제와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 중합체의 잔류 유리 라디칼 중합가능한 단량체 함량을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리 라디칼 개시제가 50 내지 300ppm의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,유리 라디칼 개시제가 90 내지 150ppm의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리 라디칼 개시제가 유기 퍼옥사이드, 아조 화합물, 탄소-탄소 개시제, 무기 퍼옥사이드 및 광개시제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,유리 라디칼 개시제가 유기 퍼옥사이드인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,유리 라디칼 개시제가 다이-t-아밀퍼옥사이드인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,융용 형태의 중합체가 유리 라디칼 개시제와 약 10분 이하의 기간동안 접촉되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,중합체가 에틸렌-메틸 아크릴레이트 혼성중합체인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,잔류 유리 라디칼 중합가능한 단량체 함량을 감소시키는 공정이 압출기에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,압출기가 이축 스크루 압출기인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,중합체가 에틸렌-메틸 아크릴레이트 혼성중합체이고, 용융 형태의 중합체가 유리 라디칼 개시제와 10분 이하의 기간동안 접촉되고, 유리 라디칼 개시제가 중합체를 기준으로 하여 90 내지 150ppm의 양으로 존재하는 다이-t-아밀퍼옥사이드인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,용융 형태의 중합체가 5초 내지 10분 이하의 기간동안 유리 라디칼 개시제와 접촉되는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,용융 형태의 중합체가 5초 내지 10분 이하의 기간동안 다이-t-아밀퍼옥사이드와 접촉되는 방법.
