Claims (6)
- 여과능을 갖는 격벽에 의해 구획된, 축 방향으로 관통되는 다수의 유통 구멍을 갖는 복수의 벌집형 세그먼트가 일체화되어 이루어지며, 상기 유통 구멍이 관통되는 양 단부면에서, 소정의 유통 구멍에 대해서는 한 쪽의 단부를 밀봉하고, 나머지 유통 구멍에 대해서는 다른 쪽의 단부를 밀봉하여 이루어지는 벌집형 필터로서,상기 벌집형 필터의 외주부에 배치되어 있는 벌집형 세그먼트의 평균 부피 밀도가, 상기 벌집형 필터의 중심부에 배치되어 있는 벌집형 세그먼트의 평균 부피 밀도보다도 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 벌집형 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외주부에 배치되어 있는 벌집형 세그먼트의 평균 셀 밀도가 상기 중심부에 배치되어 있는 벌집형 세그먼트의 평균 셀 밀도보다도 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 벌집형 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 벌집형 필터의 외주부에 배치되어 있는 벌집형 세그먼트의 평균 격벽 두께가 상기 벌집형 필터의 중심부에 배치되어 있는 벌집형 세그먼트의 평균 격벽 두께보다도 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 벌집형 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열전도율이 10∼60 W/mK인 것을 특징으로 하는 벌집형 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벌집형 필터가 탄화규소 또는 규소-탄화규소계 복합 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌집형 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벌집형 필터의 70 용량% 이상이, 축 방향에 대한 수직 단면에 있어서의 단면적이 900 ㎟∼10000 ㎟인 벌집형 세그먼트로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌집형 필터.
