Claims (15)
- 공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션의 팽창 및 밀봉 장치로서,막 물질의 하나의 엣지 부근에 종축방향으로 연장하는 팽창 채널을 형성하도록 함께 밀봉된 2개의 층, 상기 막 물질을 가로질러 연장하는 복수 열의 챔버, 상기 복수 열 각각의 챔버를 서로 연결시키는 유동 통로, 및 상기 복수 열 각각의 챔버 중 하나와 상기 팽창 채널 사이로 연장하는 입구 통로를 갖춘 사전제조된 하나의 롤의 막 물질과,상기 하나의 롤의 막 물질이 걸리는 수평으로 연장하는 이격된 한 쌍의 롤러와,상기 쿠션을 팽창시키도록 상기 챔버 안으로 공기를 도입시키기 위해 상기 팽창 채널 안으로 연장하며 공기 공급원에 연결되는 팽창 튜브와,상기 쿠션이 팽창된 후 상기 입구 통로를 가로질러 종축방향으로 연장하는 시일을 형성하기 위한 밀봉 유닛과, 그리고상기 롤로부터 상기 팽창 튜브 및 상기 밀봉 유닛을 거쳐서 상기 막 물질을 공급하기 위한 공급 수단을 포함하는,공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션의 팽창 및 밀봉 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 유닛은 함께 가압되는 원통형 가열 요소 및 휠을 구비하며, 상기가열 요소의 축선은 상기 휠의 축선과 수직하며, 상기 가열 요소는 상기 막 물질과 직접 접촉하기 위해 노출되어 있는,공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션의 팽창 및 밀봉 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가열 요소는 스테인레스 강 로드를 포함하는,공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션의 팽창 및 밀봉 장치.
- 막 물질의 하나의 엣지 부근에 종축방향으로 연장하는 팽창 채널을 형성하도록 함께 밀봉된 2개의 층, 상기 채널의 한쪽으로 위치하는 복수의 챔버, 및 상기 팽창 채널과 상기 챔버 사이로 연장하는 입구 통로를 구비하는 사전제조된 하나의 롤의 막 물질로부터 공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션을 제조하기 위한 장치로서,상기 롤의 막 물질이 지지되는 수평으로 연장하는 이격된 한 쌍의 롤러와,상기 쿠션을 팽창시키도록 상기 챔버 안으로 공기를 도입시키기 위해 상기 팽창 채널 안으로 연장하며 공기 공급원에 연결되는 팽창 튜브와,상기 큐션이 팽창된 후 상기 입구 통로를 가로질러 종축방향으로 연장하는 시일을 형성하기 위한 밀봉 유닛과, 그리고상기 롤로부터 상기 팽창 튜브 및 상기 밀봉 유닛을 거쳐서 상기 막 물질을 공급하기 위한 공급 수단을 포함하는,공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션의 제조 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 유닛은 함께 가압되는 원통형 가열 요소 및 휠을 구비하며, 상기 가열 요소의 축선은 상기 휠의 축선과 수직하며, 상기 가열 요소는 상기 막 물질과 직접 접촉하기 위해 노출되어 있는,공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션의 팽창 및 밀봉 장치.

- 종축방향으로 연장하는 팽창 채널, 및 상기 팽창 채널과 연통하는 복수의 챔버를 구비하는 사전제조된 하나의 막 물질로부터 공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션을 제조하기 위한 장치로서,상기 롤의 막 물질이 지지되는 수평으로 연장하는 이격된 한 쌍의 롤러로서, 상기 롤러 중 하나에 의해 상기 팽창 채널이 폐쇄상태로 핀칭되는 한 쌍의 롤러와,상기 롤로부터 상기 막 물질을 회수하기 위한 회수 수단과, 그리고상기 팽창 채널이 상기 롤러에 의해 폐쇄상태로 핀칭되는 지점까지만 상기 팽창 채널 내의 공기가 상기 롤 주위로 유동하며, 상기 롤로부터 회수되었던 상기 막 물질의 일부분 내에 상기 팽창 채널 안으로 공기를 주입시키는 주입 수단을 포함하는,공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션의 제조 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 막 물질은 상기 팽창 채널이 상기 롤러에 의해 폐쇄상태로 핀칭되는 지점으로부터 약 90도 내지 180도 만큼 상기 롤로부터 회수되는,공기 충진식 패킹 쿠션의 제조 장치.
