Description
Claims (29)
- 가열시에 3차원 나선권축을 발생시킬 수 있는 다성분 섬유를 포함하는 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 형성하는 단계;실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 자유 수축 조건하에서, 다성분 섬유가 3차원 나선권축을 발생시키고 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹이 수축을 일으키도록 하기에 충분하며 가열 처리된 부직웹이 가열 단계 동안 실질적으로 비결합된 채로 잔류하도록 선택되는 온도로 가열하는 단계; 및가열 처리된 부직웹을 불연속 결합 배열로 결합시켜 신축성 결합된 부직포를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부직웹이 다성분 섬유를 30 중량% 이상 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹이 가열 단계 동안 25% 이상의 면적 수축을 일으키는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다성분 섬유가 스테이플 섬유이고, 기계적으로 권축되지 않으며, 최대 CI가 45%이며 CD-CI의 양이 15% 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다성분 섬유가 사이드-바이-사이드 (side-by-side) 배열된 이성분 섬유인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 이성분 섬유가 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 및 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹이 카디드 웹인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가열 처리되고 결합된 부직포가, 부직포를 이의 최초 길이의 12% 이상 신장시킨 후의 영구 고정이 약 5% 이하인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합이 cm 당 약 4 내지 8 결합으로 이격되고 결합 밀도가 cm2당 약 16 내지 62인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열 처리된 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹이 열 점 결합되는 방법.
- 가열시에 3차원 나선권축을 발생시킬 수 있는 다성분 섬유를 포함하는 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 제공하는 단계;실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 제 1 운반 속도를 갖는 제 1 운반면 상에서 운반하는 단계;실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 제 1 운반면으로부터 이송 지역을 통해 제 2 운반 속도를 갖는 제 2 운반면으로 이송하며, 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹이 이송 지역에서 운반면과 접촉하지 않도록 하는 방식으로 이송 지역을 통해 운반하는 단계;실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 이송 지역에서, 다성분 섬유가 3차원 나선권축을 발생시켜 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹의 면적 수축 및 웹이 이송 지역을 통해 운반됨에 따라 웹의 속도 감소를 생성하기에 충분하며 부직웹이 가열 단계 동안 실질적으로 비결합된 채로 잔류하도록 선택된 온도로 가열하는 단계;가열 처리된 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 웹이 이송 지역에서 배출됨에 따라 제 2 운반면으로 이송하며, 제 2 운반 속도는 제 1 운반 속도보다 작으며, 제 2 운반 속도는 웹이 이송 지역에서 배출될 때 제 2 운반면과 접촉함에 따라 가열 처리된 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹의 속도와 대략 동등하도록 선택되는 단계; 및가열 처리된 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 불연속 결합 배열로 결합시켜 신축성 다성분 결합된 부직포를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 이송 지역을 통해 자유 낙하시키는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹이 이송 지역을 통해 운반됨에 따라 가스 상에 부유되는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹의 면적 수축이 웹이 이송 지역에서 배출됨에 따라 실질적으로 완료되는 방법.
- 가열시에 3차원 나선권축을 발생시킬 수 있는 다성분 섬유를 포함하는 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 제공하는 단계;실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 제 1 운반 속도를 갖는 제 1 운반면 상에서 운반하는 단계;실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 이송 지역을 통해 제 2 운반 속도를 갖는 제 2 운반면으로 이송하며, 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹은 이송 지역을 통해 운반됨에 따라 감소하는 부직물 표면 속도를 갖는 단계;실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 이송 지역을 통해 적어도 두 구동 롤 시리즈 상에 운반하며, 각각의 구동 롤은 원주 선속도를 가지고, 각각의 롤의 원주 선속도가 웹이 각각의 롤과 접촉함에 따라 부직웹의 속도와 대략 동등하도록 하는 방식으로, 롤의 원주 선속도가 웹이 이송 지역을 통해 이동함에 따라 점진적으로 감소하는 단계;실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 이송 지역에서, 다성분 섬유가 3차원 나선권축을 발생시켜 웹이 이송 지역을 통해 운반됨에 따라 부직웹의 속도를 감소시키도록 실질적으로 비결합된 웹의 면적 수축을 생성하기에 충분하며 부직웹이 가열 단계 동안 실질적으로 비결합된 채로 잔류하도록 선택된 온도로 가열하는 단계;가열 처리된 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 웹이 이송 지역에서 배출됨에 따라 제 2 운반면으로 이송하며, 제 2 운반 속도는 제 1 운반 속도보다 작고, 제 2 운반 속도는 웹이 이송 지역에서 배출될 때 제 2 운반면과 접촉함에 따라 가열 처리된 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹의 속도와 대략 동등하도록 선택되는 단계; 및가열 처리된 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 불연속 결합 배열로 결합시켜 신축성 결합된 부직포를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 인접 롤의 원주 선속도가 20% 미만으로 변동하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 인접 롤의 원주 선속도가 10% 미만으로 변동하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 비결합된 웹의 면적 수축이 웹이 이송 지역에서 배출됨에 따라 실질적으로 완료되는 방법.
- 가열시에 3차원 나선권축을 발생시킬 수 있는 다성분 섬유를 포함하는 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 형성하는 단계; 및실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 자유 수축 조건하에서, 다성분 섬유가 3차원나선권축을 발생시키고 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹이 수축을 일으키도록 하기에 충분한 온도로 가열하고, 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹은 3차원 나선권축의 발생과 실질적으로 동시에 불연속 결합 배열로 결합되어 신축성 결합된 부직포를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 신축성 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 가열 단계가 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 기계방향으로 수축시키는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 가열 단계가 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 교차기계방향으로 수축시키는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 가열 단계가 실질적으로 비결합된 부직웹을 기계방향과 교차기계방향의 양 방향 모두로 수축시키는 방법.
- 3차원 나선권축을 지니고 가열 후 약 5% 이하의 영구 고정을 지니는 다성분 섬유를 포함하고, 가열 후 결합시켰을 때 직물 신장의 최고 수준이 12% 이상이고 결합이 cm 당 약 4 내지 8 결합으로 이격 배치되며 cm2당 약 16 내지 62의 밀도를 갖는 부직포.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 직물의 신장의 최고 수준이 20% 이상인 부직포.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 다성분 섬유를 30 중량% 이상 포함하는 부직포.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 다성분 섬유를 40 중량% 이상 포함하는 부직포.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 다성분 섬유가 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 및 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)의 이성분 섬유를 포함하는 부직포.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 면, 울 및 실크, 및 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 및 폴리우레탄을 포함한 합성 섬유로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 3차원적으로 나선 권축되지 않은 섬유와 다성분 섬유의 블렌드를 포함하는 부직포.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 기계방향과 교차방향으로의 유효 신장이 10% 이상이고, 직물 성장이 유효 신장의 20% 이하인 부직포.
