Claims (56)
- 근접한 결합들이 5 mm 내지 25 mm 간격으로 이격된 배열의 결합으로 하나 이상의 주름성 층을 수축성 층에 단속적으로 결합시키는 단계와,결합된 다층 시트를 적어도 한 방향에 대해 10 % 이상 내지 100 % 이하로 수축시켜서 근접한 결합들 사이에서 주름성 층이 휘어진 부분을 형성하고, 휘어진 다층 복합 시트가 3 mm 내지 30mm의 두께 및 50 cc/g 이상의 용적을 갖도록 하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 수축성 층은 적어도 하나의 나선형으로 권축된 2성분 섬유를 포함하고,상기 나선형으로 권축된 섬유는 병렬식 및 편심적 쉬쓰-코어로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 배위로 배열되는 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 포함하는 제1 성분과 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 포함하는 제2 성분을 포함하는, 다층 복합 시트의 형성 방법.
