Claims (41)
- a) 비-가열된 FDU에서 A/B사이드 바이 사이드 형상의 크림핑 가능하고 실질적으로 연속이고 스펀본딩된 이성분 섬유군을 형성하고 섬유군을 형성 와이어 상에 배치하고;b) 섬유 한면의 분자 배향의 이완을 유도하도록 충분한 시간 및 온도에서 섬유를 제1 가열하고;c) 상기 제1 가열 후에 섬유가 서로 결합하는 온도 아래로 섬유군을 냉각하여서 섬유에 크림핑을 유도하고; 그리고d) 단계b) 및 단계c)를 수행할때 섬유의 크림핑을 방해하는 경향이 있는 힘을 조절하거나 최소화함으로써 섬유가 z-방향으로 크림핑되게 하는 단계를 포함하는 x차원(기계방향), y차원(기계가로방향) 및 z차원(로프트 방향)을 갖는 하이 로프트, 저밀도 부직 웹 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유군을 재가열하여 섬유가 서로 결합되게 함으로써 안정적인 하이 로프트, 저밀도 부직 웹을 형성하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계b) 및 단계c) 이후에 섬유군의 최초 로프트 높이를 유지하도록 충분한 가열 또는 공기 흐름 상태, 또는 둘 다 하에서 섬유군을 재가열하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 제조방법.
