Claims (15)
- 여과되는 매체에 대하여 흐름측 및 유출측을 구비한 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재로서, 상기 필터재는 동일하거나 상이한 필터재의 적어도 2개의 필터층을 포함하고, 상기 필터층은 전체 표면 상의 규정된 점 및/또는 영역에서 서로 용접되고, 적어도 1개의 필터재는 흐름측에 배치되고, 다른 적어도 1개의 필터재는 유출측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 필터층은 직물 필터포를 포함하고, 다른 적어도 1개의 필터층은 부직포 매트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 필터재가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포 필터 매트의 입자 포집은 > 60㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물 필터포의 입자 포집은 10 내지 60㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포 필터 매트 및 직물 필터포는 동일한 열가소성 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접점 또는 용접 영역은 복합 필터재 표면의 0.5 내지 15%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접점은 필터재의 표면 상에 격자의 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 필터층 1개를 다른 필터층 상에 배치하고, 상부 몰드와 하부 몰드 사이의 틈새에 필터층을 도입하는 단계;상기 상부 몰드와 하부 몰드 사이에 필터층을 이동시키고, 에너지의 활성화에 의해 규정된 점 및/또는 영역에서 서로 용접시키는 단계; 및용접 후에, 몰드로부터 접착 필터층을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재를 생산하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 용접은 소노트로드(sonotrode)와 앤빌(anvil) 사이의 초음파 에너지에 의해 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재를 생산하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 용접은 열 가열에 의해 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재를 생산하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 직물 필터포측은 초음파 용접시에 소노트로드를 면하는 쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재를 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터재는 엔진 오일 필터, 트랜스미션 오일 필터, 연료 필터 또는 공기 필터 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층 필터재는 필터 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터재는 평탄한 또는 주머니 형상 또는 주름잡힌 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬 여과용 다층 복합 필터재.
