Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 1의 올레핀 중합용 메탈로센 화합물 및 하기 화학식 2 또는 화학식 3의 알루미녹산을 포함하며, 상기 메탈로센 화합물 및 상기 알루미녹산이 다공성 담체에 담지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭성 비가교형 메탈로센 촉매 조성물.[화학식 1](R1CpR2)(Cp'R3)MX2여기서, Cp는 싸이클로펜타디에닐 라디칼이고, Cp'는 싸이클로펜타디에닐 핵을 가진 라디칼로서 싸이클로펜타디에닐, 인데닐, 플루오레닐 라디칼이고, R1은 탄소수 3 내지 11의 싸이클로하이드로카빌 라디칼 중에서 선택되는 1종이며, R2와 R3는 각각 Cp 및 Cp'에 치환된 하나 이상의 치환체로서, 이들 치환체는 서로 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 수소, 포스핀, 아미노, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬아미노, 디알킬아미노, 알콕시-알킬, 아릴, 아릴록시-알킬, 알케닐, 알킬아릴, 또는 아릴알킬 라디칼이고, M은 주기율표의 4B, 5B 또는 6B족의 전이금속이고, X는 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬, 아릴, 알케닐, 알킬아릴, 아릴알킬, 알콕시 및 아릴록시 라디칼로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 1종이다.[화학식 2][화학식 3]상기 화학식 2 및 3에서, R'은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 탄화수소 라디칼이고, x는 1 내지 50의 정수이고, y는 3 내지 50의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 M이 타이타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄이고, X가 염소 원자인 메탈로센 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (R1CpR2)는 (싸이클로펜틸 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (1-메틸-3-싸이클로펜틸 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (1-에틸-3-싸이클로펜틸 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (1-부틸-3-싸이클로펜틸 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (싸이클로헥실 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (1-메틸-3-싸이클로헥실 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (1-에틸-3-싸이클로헥실 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (1-부틸-3-싸이클로헥실 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (싸이클로헥실메틸레닐 싸이클로펜타디에닐), (싸이클로헵틸 싸이클로펜타디에닐), ((4-메틸싸이클로헥실) 싸이클로펜타디에닐) 및 (싸이클로헥실에틸레닐 싸이클로펜타디에닐)로 이루어지는 군중에서 선택되는 라디칼인 메탈로센 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 화합물 및 상기 알루미녹산은 20 내지 500kHz의 주파수를 가지는 진동파에 의하여 상기 다공성 담체에 담지된 것인 메탈로센 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 담체는 실리카, 알루미나, 점토, 변형된 점토 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 메탈로센 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 담체에는 루이스산이 더욱 담지되어 있는 메탈로센 촉매 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 루이스산은 부틸마그네슘 클로라이드, 디메틸마그네슘, 디에틸마그네슘, 디부틸마그네슘, 디메틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 디에틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 디에틸알루미늄 하이드라이드, 에틸알루미늄 디클로라이드, 트리메틸보록신, 트리에틸보록신, 트리프로필보록신, 트리부틸보록신, 트리메톡시보록신, 트리에톡시보록신, 트리에틸보론, 디부틸보론클로라이드, 트리페닐보론, 트리메틸알루미늄, 트리에틸알루미늄, 트리이소프로필알루미늄, 트리이소부틸알루미늄, 트리헥실알루미늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 메탈로센촉매 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 공단량체의 존재 하에서, 제1항의 촉매 조성물을 이용하여 에틸렌을 중합하는 공정을 포함하는 올레핀의 중합 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합은 중합체의 분자량을 조절하기 위한 수소의 존재 하에서 수행되는 것인 올레핀의 중합 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합은 용액중합, 슬러리 중합 및 기상 중합으로 이루어지는 군중에서 선택되는 하나의 방법에 의하여 수행되는 것인 올레핀의 중합 방법.
