Claims (9)
- 한 쪽 표면상에 금속 박막을 가진 고체기판;상기 고체 기판의 금속박막 상에 말단의 시스테인 잔기를 통해 자기조립된 펩티드;상기 펩티드에 결합된, 항체의 불변영역에 특이성을 가진 단백질; 및상기 단백질과 결합된 항체를 포함하는 바이오센서용 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속박막이 금, 은, 구리 또는 백금으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 펩티드가 5-25개의 아미노산으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체기판이 표면처리제로 메르캅토에탄올 용액 또는 메르캅토프로피온산 용액을 사용하여 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 항체가 모노클로날 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질이 항체의 불변부위와 특이성을 가지며, 펩티드와 상호작용할 수 있는 전하분포를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 고체 기판의 일면에 금속박막을 형성하는 단계;상기 금속박막 상에 한쪽 말단에 시스테인잔기를 가진 펩티드의 자기조립박막을 형성하는 단계;상기 기판 상의 펩티드와 단백질을 결합시키는 단계; 및상기 단백질과 항체를 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는, 바이오센서용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펩티드는 5-25개의 아미노산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질과 펩티드의 결합단계 이전에, 상기 기판을 메르캅토에탄올 용액 또는 메르캅토프로피온산 용액으로 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
