Description
Claims (5)
- 상단에 하나 이상의 홈이 형성된 실리콘 재질의 기판 상에 유리 재질의 커버를 접합하여 광섬유 블록을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 커버를 기설정된 온도까지 가열하는 가열 과정과;상기 가열된 커버가 상기 기판의 상단에 안착된 상태에서, 상기 커버 및 기판의 계면에서 대전 현상이 발생하도록 전기장을 인가하는 접합 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 실리콘-유리 양극 접합 기술을 이용한 광섬유 블록의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열 과정은, 상기 기판의 홈에 광섬유를 안착시키고, 상기 기판의 상단을 상기 커버로 덮은 상태에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 실리콘-유리 양극 접합 기술을 이용한 광섬유 블록의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합 과정은, 상기 기판 및 커버가 균일하게 밀착되도록 기설정된 하중을 가한 상태에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 실리콘-유리 양극 접합 기술을 이용한 광섬유 블록의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합 과정은 진공 분위기 하에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 실리콘-유리 양극 접합 기술을 이용한 광섬유 블록의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커버는 파이렉스(Pyrex) 유리 재질임을 특징으로 하는 실리콘-유리 양극 접합 기술을 이용한 광섬유 블록의 제조 방법.
