Claims (8)
- 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않고 높은 투수량으로 큰 공경을 갖는 습윤막을, 탈용제 후에 건조시켜 공경을 수축시킴으로써 얻어지는, 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않는 건조막이며 용출물이 적은 중공사상 혈액 정화막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않고, 순수한 물의 투수량이 100 mL/(m2ㆍhrㆍ mmHg) 이상이며, 중량 평균 분자량 40,000의 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 투과율이 75 %를 초과하고, 소 혈장계에서의 알부민의 투과율이 0.3 % 이상인, 폴리술폰계 중합체와 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하는 습윤막을 120 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 건조시킴으로써 얻어지는 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않는 건조막으로서,(a) 막의 외표면으로부터 내표면 치밀층을 향하여 공경이 연속적으로 작아지는 스폰지 구조로 이루어지고,(b) 순수한 물의 투수량이 10 내지 1,000 mL/(m2ㆍhrㆍmmHg)이고,(c) 중량 평균 분자량 40,000의 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 투과율이 75 % 이하이고,(d) 소 혈장계에서의 알부민의 투과율이 0.3 % 미만이고,(e) 막의 용출물 시험액의 흡광도가 0.04 미만이고, 용출물 시험액 중에 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않고, 또한(f) 폴리술폰계 중합체와 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하고, 막내 표면에서의 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 농도가 30 내지 45 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 정화막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 물에 불용인 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 정화막.
- 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않고 높은 투수량으로 큰 공경을 갖는 습윤막을 제조하고, 이 습윤막을 탈용제 후에 건조시켜 공경을 수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않는 건조막이며 용출물이 적은 중공사상 혈액 정화막의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않고, 순수한 물의 투수량이 100 mL/(m2ㆍhrㆍ mmHg) 이상이며, 중량 평균 분자량 40,000의 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 투과율이 75 %를 초과하고, 소 혈장계에서의 알부민의 투과율이 0.3 % 이상인, 폴리술폰계 중합체와 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하는 습윤막을 120 ℃ 이하의 온도에서 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하며,(a) 막의 외표면으로부터 내표면 치밀층을 향하여 공경이 연속적으로 작아지는 스폰지 구조로 이루어지고,(b) 순수한 물의 투수량이 10 내지 1,000 mL/(m2ㆍhrㆍmmHg)이고,(c) 중량 평균 분자량 40,000의 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 투과율이 75 % 이하이고,(d) 소 혈장계에서의 알부민의 투과율이 0.3 % 미만이고,(e) 막의 용출물 시험액의 흡광도가 0.04 미만이고, 용출물 시험액 중에 막 세공 유지제를 포함하지 않고, 또한(f) 폴리술폰계 중합체와 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하고, 막내 표면에서의 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 농도가 30 내지 45 중량%인 중공사상 혈액 정화막의 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 막 형성 원액과 내부액을 2중 환상 노즐로부터 토출시킨 후, 에어 갭을 통과시키고 나서 응고욕에서 응고시키는 중공사상 막의 제조 방법에 있어서, 방사 속도에 대한 에어 갭의 비율이 0.01 내지 0.1 m/(m/분)인 것을 특징으로 하는 습윤막의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 막 형성 원액이 폴리술폰계 중합체, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 용제를 포함하고, 폴리술폰계 중합체에 대한 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 비율이 18 내지 27 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 후에 방사선 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
