Claims (9)
- 유용성(oil-soluble) 철 화합물 및 오버베이스 마그네슘 화합물을 포함하는 연료 첨가제를 액체 석유 연료에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는,액체 석유 연료로 가동되는 압축-점화식 왕복기관(compression-ignited reciprocating engine)으로부터의 배출가스로부터 연기 및 입자방출 감소방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유용성 철 화합물은 철 카르복시레이트, 철 디카르복실레이트, 황산철, 인산철, 및 디시클로펜타디에닐과 디시클로펜타디에닐-카르보닐과 같은 샌드위치 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되고, 상기 오버베이스 마그네슘 화합물은 카르복시산염, 술폰산염, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축-점화식 왕복기관으로부터의 배출가스로부터 연기 및 입자방출 감소방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 연료 첨가제는 마그네슘 약 1중량부 당 약 3중량부 내지 약 8중량부의 철을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축-점화식 왕복기관으로부터의 배출가스로부터 연기 및 입자방출 감소방법.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연료 첨가제는 마그네슘 약 1중량부 당 약 4중량부 내지 약 7중량부의 철을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축-점화식 왕복기관으로부터의 배출가스로부터 연기 및 입자방출 감소방법.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연료 첨가제는 마그네슘 약 1중량부 당 약 5중량부의 철을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축-점화식 왕복기관으로부터의 배출가스로부터 연기 및 입자방출 감소방법.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액체 석유 연료는 상기 연료 첨가제를 첨가한 후에 중량단위로 약 50 PPM의 철을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축-점화식 왕복기관으로부터의 배출가스로부터 연기 및 입자방출 감소방법.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배출가스내의 연기 및 입자 물질은 적어도 90 중량%까지 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축-점화식 왕복기관으로부터의 배출가스로부터 연기 및 입자방출 감소방법.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압축-점화식 왕복기관은 약 400내지 1,000 rpm에서 약 1,000내지 4,000 rpm까지에서 가동되는 디젤 엔진인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축-점화식 왕복기관으로부터의 배출가스로부터 연기 및 입자방출 감소방법.
- 유용성 철 화합물 및 오버베이스 마그네슘 화합물을 액체 석유 연료에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하고,개선된 엔진 성능, 증가된 엔진 생성 마력 및 증가된 연료 효율을 갖는 엔진을 갖는 압축-점화식 왕복기관에서 액체 석유 연료의 연소 반응을 촉매화하는 방법.
