Description
Claims (20)
- 하기를 포함하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물 :(A) 50 내지 170℃ 융점의 방향족-지방족 폴리에스테르 ;(B) 60,000 초과의 분자량 Mw 및 50 내지 95℃ 융점의 지방족 폴리에스테르;(C) 30,000 초과의 분자량 Mw 의, 75% 이상의 L-락트산 또는 D-락트산, 또는 이의 배합물을 함유하는 폴리락트산 중합체 (여기에서 A 의 농도는 (A+B) 에 대하여 40 내지 70 중량% 이고, C 의 농도는 (A+B+C) 에 대하여 6 내지 30 중량%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 25 중량% 이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리에스테르 (B) 는 아젤라산, 세박산 또는 브라실산과 같은 지방족 이산으로부터 수득된 이산/디올이며, 총 이산 함량의 50 몰% 초과를 구성하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리에스테르는 폴리-ε-카프로락톤 또는 이의 공중합체인 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블로잉 방법으로 제조된 25-3O㎛ 두께의 필름에 대해, 방향족-지방족 폴리에스테르 (A)는 150 MPa 미만의 탄성률 및 500% 초과의 파단 신장을 갖는 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블로잉 방법으로 제조된 25-3O㎛ 두께의 필름에 대해, 지방족 폴리에스테르 (B)는 200 내지 900 MPa 의 탄성률 및 200% 초과, 바람직하게는 >300% 의 파단 신장을 갖는 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리락트산 중합체 (C)의 탄성률은 l,500 MPa 초과인 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,- 블로잉 방법으로 제조된 25-3O㎛ 두께의 필름에 대해, 방향족-지방족 폴리에스테르 (A) 는 15OMPa 미만의 탄성률 및 500% 초과의 파단 신장을 갖고,- 거품 형성으로 제조된 25-3O㎛ 두께의 필름에 대해, 지방족 폴리에스테르 (B) 는 200 내지 900 MPa 의 탄성률 및 200% 초과, 바람직하게는 >300% 의 파단신장을 갖고,- 폴리락트산 중합체 (C) 는 1,500 MPa 초과의 탄성률을 갖는 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족-지방족 폴리에스테르는 표준 CEN13432 에 따라 생분해성인 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족-지방족 폴리에스테르 (A) 의 융점은 50 내지 170℃, 바람직하게는 80 내지 120℃ 인 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리에스테르 (B) 의 융점은 50 내지 95℃ 인 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물로부터 제조된 필름.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 엘멘도르프 시험에 따른 2 방향에서의 내인열성은 15 내지 lOON/mm, 바람직하게는 20 내지 90N/mm, 좀더 바람직하게는 25 내지 80N/mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 엘멘도르프 시험에 따른 횡축 대 종축 내인열성 비는 3.5 내지 0.4 인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성률 값은 150 내지 800 MPa, 바람직하게는 250 내지 750MPa 인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 식품 팩키징, 유기 잔류물의 함유 및 농업 멀칭용으로서의 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 필름의 용도
- 식품 용기, 묘종용 용기 및 통상의 산업적 용기용의 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합물로 제조된 컴팩트 시트.
- 식품 및 기타 용기 및 산업적 팩키징용의 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합물로 제조된 발포 시트.
- 위생, 패션 및 산업적 분야에서 사용하는 직물 및 부직물용의 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합물로 제조된 섬유.
- 종이, 직물, 부직물 또는 컴팩트 또는 발포 생분해성 물질의 기타 층에 사용하기 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합물로 제조된 코팅 물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈구조화 전분, 천연 전분 또는 개질된 전분(전분은 복합 또는 비복합 분산상임)과 조합된 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 혼합물.
