Claims (9)
- 기둥 및/또는 빔을 가지는 철골 구조물의 내화성을 가지는 고력 볼트 접합부 구조로서, 상온에서 1200N/mm2이상의 볼트의 인장강도(TS)를 가지고, 또한, 650℃에서 볼트의 전단내력(bτt)이 아래 <1>식을 만족하는, 내화성이 우수한 초고력 볼트를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 무내화피복 고력 볼트 접합부 구조.bτt≥μ×No/(ν×bAs) <1>이 때, bτt : 고온 시의 볼트의 전단내력(N/mm2)bτt=TSt : 고온 시의 볼트의 인장강도(N/mm2)μ : 상온 시의 미끄럼 계수No : 설계 볼트 장력(N)ν : 장기 하중에 대한 안전율bAs: 볼트의 축부 단면적(mm2)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고력 볼트 접합부 구조에 있어서, 상온 시의 상기 빔의 장기 허용 전단력(Qs)이 아래 <2>식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무내화피복 고력 볼트 접합부구조.Qs≤{ns×bτ+(nf-ns)×bτt}×bAs <2>이 때, Qs: 상온 시의 빔의 장기 허용 전단력(N)Qs=fs×Abfs: 빔의 장기 허용 전단내력(N/mm2)Ab:빔의 단면적(mm2)ns: 빔의 상플랜지측에서의 바닥 슬라브 내의 인장 볼트 개수.bτ: 상온 시의 볼트의 전단내력(N/mm2)bτ=TS: 상온 시의 볼트의 인장강도(N/mm2)nf : 빔 상플랜지측에서의 인장 볼트 개수bτt: 고온 시의 볼트의 전단내력(N/mm2)bτt=TSt: 고온 시의 볼트의 인장강도(N/mm2)bAs: 볼트의 축부 단면적(mm2)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 고력 볼트 접합부 구조가 고력 볼트, 너트, 와셔의 세트 및 접합 철물을 사용하여 구성되고, 상기 너트 및 와셔가 내화 성능을 규정하고 있지 않는 일반적인 구조용 육각 너트, 구조용 고력 평와셔임을 특징으로 하는 무내화피복 고력 볼트 접합부 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 고력 볼트 접합부 구조가, 고력 볼트, 너트, 와셔의 세트, 및 접합 철물을 사용하여 구성되고, 상기 접합 철물 일부 또는 전부가, 고온의 강도가 보증된 강재로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무내화피복 고력 볼트 접합부 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 고력 볼트 접합부 구조에 있어서, 사용한 상기 기둥 및/또는 빔의 일부 또는 전부가, 고온의 강도가 보증된 강재로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무내화피복 고력 볼트 접합부 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 고력 볼트가,질량%로,C:0.30∼0.45%, Si:0.10% 미만, Mn:0.40%초과∼l. 00% 미만, P:0.010% 미만, S:0.010% 이하, Cr:0.5% 이상∼1.5% 미만, Mo:0.35% 초과∼1.5% 미만, V:0.30% 초과∼1.0% 이하를 함유하고, 나머지 부분이 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 또한 아래 <3>, <4>식을 만족시키는 내화성 및 내지연 파괴 특성이 우수한 초고력 볼트임을 특징으로 하는 무내화피복 고력 볼트 접합부 구조.TS≤(1.1×T+850)<3>TS≤(550×Ceq+1000)<4>이 때, TS: 상온 시의 고력 볼트의 인장강도 (N/mm2)T: 템퍼링 온도(℃)Ceq:탄소당량(%)Ceq=C+(Mn/6)+(Si/24)+(Ni/40)+(Cr/5)+(Mo/4)+(V/14)
