Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- a)연소로를 나가는 연소로 가스류의 온도를 적어도 400℉까지 낮추기 위해 연소로 상에 굴뚝 내에 위치된 제1 열회수 섹션;b)상기 제1 열회수 섹션 아래쪽 굴뚝 내에 위치되며 가스류 중의 질소산화물의 선택적 촉매환원을 위한 반응기, 여기서 반응기는 가스류 내로 환원제를 주입하기 위한 주입기를 포함하고 환원된 질소산화물 농도의 처리된 가스류를 제공하기 위해 접촉시 가스류 중의 질소 산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원을 위한 적어도 하나의 질소산화물 전환 촉매를 함유한다;c)상기 처리 가스를 배출하는 처리가스류 출구; 및d)상기 처리 가스의 온도를 낮추기 위한 반응기 아래쪽에 위치되는 제2 열회수 섹션을 포함하는 질소산화물 초기농도를 갖는 연소로 연소 가스류 중 질소산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로 상기 제1 열회수 섹션과 반응기 사이에 둘뚝 내에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 송풍기를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 열회수 섹션은 배관으로 묶여져 제1 열회수 섹션과 연결된 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 입자인 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 단일암체(monolith)인 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 적어도 85%의 허공용적(void space)을 갖는 메쉬-유사 구조상에 지지된 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 질소산화물의 저감농도는 초기농도에 비하여 적어도 85% 환원율인 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 질소산화물의 저감농도는 초기농도에 비하여 적어도 90% 환원율인 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응기는 방사류식 반응기인 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응기는 병렬류식 반응기인 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로 d)질소산화물을 함유한 연소 가스류를 발생시키는 연소로를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 연소로는 연소로 내로 주입되어지는 포화 탄화수소 공급원료로부터 올레핀을 생산하는 탄화수소 열분해 연소로인 것임을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- a)400℉ 보다 높지 않은 온도까지 연소로 연소 가스류를 냉각하는 단계;b)상기 가스류 내로 환원제를 도입하는 단계;c)질소산화물의 선택적 촉매환원을 위해 적어도 하나의 질소산화물 전환 촉매의 존재 하에서 적어도 400℉의 온도에서 상기 가스류 중의 질소산화물과 환원제를 반응시켜 질소산화물의 저감된 농도를 갖는 처리 가스를 생산하는 단계; 및d)상기 처리 가스를 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 질소산화물의 초기농도를 갖는 연소로 연소 가스류 중 질소산화물의 선택적 전환방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 질소산화물의 저감된 농도는 초기 농도에 비해 질소산화물의 적어도 85% 환원율인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 질소산화물의 저감된 농도는 초기 농도에 비해 질소산화물의 적어도 90% 환원율인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 추가로 탄화수소 공급원료로부터 적어도 하나의 올레핀을 생산하기 위해 연소로 내로 주입되는 탄화수소 공급원료를 열분해하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 처리가스를 냉각하는 d)단계는 350℉보다 높지 않도록 처리가스의 온도를 낮추고 연소로 내로 공급원료를 도입하기 전에 처리 가스로부터 공급원료로 열을 전달하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 연소로 연소 가스류를 냉각시키는 a)단계는 연소로까지 공급원료를 도입하기 전에 연소로 연소 가스로부터 공급원료로 열을 전달하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 환원제는 암모니아인 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
