Claims (12)
- 조성성분과 비율이 아래의 화학식으로 표현되고, 아래의 화학식에서 F는 LiF 또는 MgF2이고, m,n,p,x,a,b,k,y,z 가 각각 아래의 조건을 만족하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.[(Pb1-m-n-pSrmBanCdp)(ZrxTi1-x)1-k(BiaMnb)k]O3+ y(wt %)Bi2O3+ z(wt %)F0.00 ≤m < 0.15, 0.00 ≤n < 0.15, 0.00 < (m+n) < 0.21, 0.00 < p < 0.04,0.50 ≤x < 0.56, 0.00 < a ≤ 1.00, 0.00 < b ≤1.00, 0.00 < k < 0.04,0.00 ≤ y ≤ 1.00 (wt %), 0.00 ≤z ≤1.00 (wt %)
- 제1항에서, 상기 화학식에서 3a+ 4b=4인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 상기 화학식에서 p=k인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 상기 화학식에서 0.00 < z ≤1.00 (중량 %)인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 0.50 중량 %이하 (0 중량%제외)의 MnO2를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 압전 세라믹 조성물을 1075 ℃ 이하에서 소결시켜 얻은 압전 세라믹을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 압전 세라믹 조성물을 Ag 내부전극과 함께 960℃ 이하에서 동시 소결하여 얻은 압전 세라믹 층을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 압전 세라믹 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 압전 세라믹 조성물을 Ag-Pd 내부 전극과 함께 동시소결하여 얻은 압전 세라믹 층을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 압전 세라믹 장치.
- 제8항에서, 상기의 Pd의 양은 Ag 와 Pd 의 총중량의 20 중량 %이하(0 중량% 제외)인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 압전 세라믹 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 압전 세라믹 조성물을 Ag 내부 전극과 함께 960 ℃ 이하에서동시 소결하여 얻은 압전 세라믹 층을 포함하여 구성되고, 다층 부분과 단층부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 압전 세라믹 조성물을 Ag- Pd 내부전극과 함께 1050℃ 이하에서 동시소결하여 얻은 압전 세라믹 층을 포함하여 구성되고, 다층부분과 단층부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 장치.
- 제11항에서, 상기의 Pd의 양은 Ag 와 Pd의 총중량의 20 중량 % 이하(0 중량% 제외)인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 세라믹 장치.
