Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 생분해성 유기 재료를 활성 혐기 발효를 위해 접종재료로서 다량의 이미 발효된 재료와 혼합하고, 발효물이 위치되어 발효되면서 상부에 위치된 입구(6A)로부터 바닥에 위치된 출구(8)를 향하여 움직이는 발효실(1A)내로 상기 혼합물을 상부에서 도입하는 생분해성 유기 재료를 혐기 발효시키기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 혼합물의 밀도가 하향 이동의 개시 시점에 이미 존재하는 발효물의 밀도와 거의 같아지게 될 때까지 상기 혼합물을 미리 팽창시킨 다음 발효물에 가하여 더욱 하향 이동하면서 발효되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 상향 이동하는 동안 이것을 미리 팽창시키거나 밀도 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물이 1 분량의 새로운 재료와 1∼10 분량의 발효된 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건물량이 10∼45%인 생분해성 새로운 재료 및 발효된 재료의 혼합물을 발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발효실(1A)내 발효물의 하향 이동이 어떤 혼합기도 없는 발효 탱크(1)내에서 이루어질 수 있어, 혼합물이 팽창 용기(6)내에서 밀도가 감소된 다음 발효 탱크(1)의 상부면에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생물학적 예비-발효를 진행시키는 기법, 혼합물에 가스를 주입하는 기법, 혼합물을 타융(beating)하는 기법, 혼합물내에 가스 발생을 야기하는 화학물질을 첨가하는 기법 중 하나 이상을 통하여 혼합물을 미리 팽창시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 팽창 또는 밀도 감소가 생물학적 예비-발효에 의하여 실행되고, 이들은 혼합물이 5 분 이상, 바람직하게는 15 분 내지 3 시간 잔류하는 팽창 용기(6)내에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 팽창시 팽창 용기(6)내 혼합물의 체재 시간이 3∼72 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 수직 발효 탱크(1), 이 탱크의 바닥에 있는 발효된 재료용의 출구(8), 상부에 있는 바이오 가스용의 출구(22) 및 발효 탱크(1)의 상부에서 이의 내부로 통하고 혼합기(4)를 포함하는 공급 장치(2)를 포함하는 유기 폐기물을 혐기 발효시키기 위한 장치로서, 공급 장치(2)가 혼합기(4) 및 발효 탱크(1)의 사이에 위치되어 있는 하나 이상의 수직 팽창 용기(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 공급 장치(2)가 혼합기(4)에 통하는 펌프(5)를 포함하고 있어, 팽창 용기(6)가 펌프(5) 및 발효 탱크(1) 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 팽창 용기(6)가 적어도 부분적으로 발효 탱크(1)내에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 팽창 용기(6)가 발효 탱크(1)의 외면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 팽창 용기(6)가 탱크(33)의 내부벽 및 하나 이상의 파티션(31)으로 형성된 격실(32)이어서, 격실 옆의 탱크(33)의 챔버가 발효 탱크(1)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 팽창 용기(6)가 완전히 발효 탱크(1)를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 팽창 용기(6)가 도관(23)으로 줄어드는 것을특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창 용기(6), 혼합기(4) 또는 혼합기(4)에 연결된 펌프(5)에 연결되는, 가스용 주입 장치(25-26) 또는 가스 생성을 야기하는 화학적 제제용 입구(27)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창 용기(6)내에 타융 장치(29)가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도관(23)이 분기관(23A)을 통하여 발효 탱크(1)의 상부면으로 통하고, 타융 장치(29)가 있는 챔버(30)가 분기관(23A)내에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발효 탱크(1)가 평바닥을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 장치.
