Abstract
This proposal relates to a shock-absorbing vehicle protection safety facility (hereinafter referred to as "safety protection for shock absorption"), which is a protection system installed on both sides of the road and the central separator in the middle of the road for the safety of road traffic. It is a shock-absorbing safety protective measure that can effectively prevent shocks when the vehicle hits the protection measures installed at the center and the edge of the road when the vehicle is inadvertently intruded or the vehicle is separated from the edge of the road due to carelessness.
The purpose of the present invention is to simplify the installation and to provide excellent shock absorption, to minimize the economic loss of life and vehicle damage in the event of an accident, and to improve the aesthetics of the structure itself on the road.
As a concrete example of the present invention, a shock absorbing protection measure is fixed to a support roller having an industrial structure, which is installed on the ground when viewed from the side, and a cushioning roller support having a predetermined size in the left and right spaces of the industrial structure. It is characterized in that the roller support is simply composed of a plurality of buffer rollers.
Therefore, the present invention can be easily installed with the safety of the impact of the vehicle by improving the structure of the conventional protection measures, in particular, the present invention is because the roller is rotated when the vehicle impacts the cushioning roller, which is an elastic member, the frictional force of one side of the vehicle The brake phenomenon, which is caused by the pulling phenomenon, is extremely small, which can prevent secondary accidents. In addition, the damage of the vehicle protection safety facility is small due to the rotation of the rollers during the vehicle impact, so there is almost no need to repair after a collision. It also has the effect of improving the appearance of the image.
Description
The present invention relates to a safety barrier for shock absorption, which is a protection system installed on both sides of the central divider in the middle of the road for the safety of road traffic. In addition, the present invention relates to a shock absorbing safety protective measure that can effectively absorb the impact of the moment hitting the protective measure and prevent a large accident.
Protection measures are installed at both the center of the road and at the edge of the road for the safety of road traffic. It is mainly installed to prevent cars from invading the central line or falling off the road on highways, four or more lanes, mountain roads, and winding roads. Protect the pedestrians by installing them at the boundary of road and driveway.
As mentioned above, the strength of the constituent members of the protection measures has been improved by using the material of the protection measures mainly for concrete, steel plates, wires, etc. to prevent the vehicle from leaving the road, but in recent years, that is, considering the safety and economic loss of the occupant, Rather than increasing the strength of the shock absorber, has been developed to ensure the safety of the vehicle occupants.
Referring to the related art, FIG. 5 is a cable-type fence, which has a weak point of induction. The plastic deformation has a big disadvantage in the event of a vehicle crash. FIG. 8 is a guard pipe of a beam protection fence type, which has a poor induction function and is difficult to construct, and FIG. 9 shows a large part of the repulsive force when a vehicle collides with a box beam. In order to solve this problem, a guardrail using an elastic body such as a spring has been developed. However, due to the complexity of the structure, the economy and the excessive repulsive force of the spring have been developed. Has a problem that can cause a second crash
Recently, a guardrail for mitigating impact by attaching a rubber ring to the guardrail as shown in FIG. 10 has been utilized, but there are disadvantages in that such conventional products do not satisfy stability and durability.
Therefore, the technical problem to be achieved by the present invention, that is, the purpose of the present invention should be excellent in shock absorption, excessive repulsive force for the safety of vehicle occupants, simple installation and economical, and also in connection with other structures on the road It is to provide a vehicle safety protection facility for shock absorption that does not need to be repaired after a collision between the protection measures and the vehicle or can be promptly handled with minimal maintenance cost.

It is a method of constructing a shock-absorbing vehicle safety protection facility that can be constructed very simply by constructing and assembling the precast when the road is currently under construction or the road construction in the design stage.
As described above, according to the guard rail of the shock absorbing device according to the present invention, by improving the structure of the protective measures to absorb and cushion the shock when the vehicle impacts the protective measures due to the carelessness of the driver, of course,
More importantly, due to the rotation of the shock absorbing roller, one side of the vehicle greatly reduces the brake phenomenon due to the frictional force, which prevents the second accident caused by the repulsive force.
In addition, since the structure is simple and robust, maintenance is not required even after the collision of the vehicle, or it can be easily handled, thereby reducing the maintenance cost.
