Abstract

본 고안은 적하용 트럭, 특히 덤프트럭의 적재함이 측방으로 상향 회전되도록 하여 적재함에 적재된 화물을 덤프트럭의 측면으로 하역되도록 하는 것이다.

Description

측면으로 상향 회전이동되는 적재함을 구비한 덤프트럭{Dump Truck with the Container Rotating}
종래에는 대부분의 덤프트럭(화물트럭을 포함)이 적재함을 트럭의 후방으로 회전되게 상하 이동시켜서 적재된 화물을 하역하였다.
따라서, 덤프트럭에 적재된 화물을 하역할 경우 덤프트럭은 항상 화물이 하역되어 놓이게 될 위치로 후진 이동되어야 하기 때문에, 특히 도로변에 화물을 풀어 놓아야 할 경우 덤프트럭은 회전하여야 하기 때문에 상당한 불편을 초래하였다.
더욱이, 지나가는 차량에 많은 불편을 끼치고, 경우에 따라서는 도로를 상당부분 점유하거나 막도록 하여 많은 교통체증을 유발하기도 한다. 또한 건물창고 등과 같은 실내에 화물을 하역해야 할 경우에 있어서는 건물의 천정이 상당히 높아야 하므로 이러한 건물내에 화물을 하역하는 것은 불가능하였다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 불편한 점을 해결코자 고안된 것으로 덤프트럭의 적재함을 측방으로 상하 각이동시키거나 회전시켜 목적을 달성하였다.
본 고안에 따른 적재함이 장착된 덤프트럭은 도로변에 화물을 하역할 경우, 교통장애를 유발시키지 않을 뿐만 아니라 대부분의 어떠한 도로변에도 화물을 하역시킬 수가 있다.
뿐만 아니라, 비교적 높지 않은 건물창고 등과 같은 곳으로도 진입하여 그곳에서 화물 등이 하역되도록 하여 많은 노동력과 그에 따른 비용을 절감시킨다.

본 고안을 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
P.T.0 (power take off)(1)로부터 유니버샬 조인트(2)를 이용하여 유압펌프(3)로 동력을 전달한다. 유압펌프(3)에 의해서 덤프트럭의 전방, 중앙, 및 후방에 각각 설치된 유압실린더(7)가 상하 병진 운동하도록 되어 있어서, 화물을 적재함으로부터 하역코자 할 경우 실린더(7)가 적재함의 메인브라켓(12)에 로드링크(8)로 결합되어 있기 때문에 실린더의 신장과 함께 적재함이 상향으로 각이동된다. 유압펌프(3) 근처에는 오일탱크(4)가 장착되어 있고 세개의 지지대(5)가 적재함의 하중을 지탱하기 충분하도록 덤프트럭의 전방, 중앙, 및 후방위치에 각각 설치된다. 또한 적재함 하부로 하나의 보강대(6)가 설치되어 있고, 세개의 헤드링크(9)를 지지하고 있는 혜드링크지지대(10)와 지지대 링크(11)가 각각 적재함과 덤프트럭의 메인 바닥면사이에 설친된다.
상기 기술한 바와 같은 본 고안에 의해서 덤프트럭은 도로변의 어느 곳에도 트럭을 회전함이 없이 화물 등을 하역토록 하였으며, 이는 특히, 좁은 도로에서의 하역이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 트럭이 하역을 위해 회전되어야 할 공간이 필요없게 된다. 본 고안에 의한 덤프트럭은 적재함이 하역을 위해 상향 각이동될 경우 기존의 후방으로 각이동되는 덤프트럭에 비해서 훨씬 낮은 천장의 곳에서도 가능하기 때문에 실내에 화물을 하역할 수가 있다. 이는 곳 노동력의 절감과 그에 따른 비용의 절감을 가져온다.

Claims (1)

  1. 화물을 하역하기 위한 적재함이 장착된 덤프트럭 및 화물트럭에 있어서, P.T.0(1)와 유니버샬 조인트(2)로 결합된 유압펌프(3)를 포함하고, 유압펌프(3)에는 유압실린더(7)가 결합되어 있고, 지지대(5)가 메인 브라켓(12)에 헤드링크(9)에 의해서 결합되어 있으며, 지지대링크(11), 혜드링크지지대(10) 및 로드링크(8)를 포함하고 있는, 적재함이 트럭의 측면으로 상향 각이동되어서 화물을 하역하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면으로 상향 회전이동되는 적재함을 구비한 덤프트럭.
