Claims (4)
- 유체통로(13)를 이루며 주름관(50)의 단부가 수용되는 나사연결부(12L)(12R)가 양측에 마련된 연결소켓(10)과, 상기 연결소켓(10)의 나사연결부(12L)(12R) 내부에 배치되어 주름관(50)의 단부를 감싸는 패킹부재(50)와, 상기 연결소켓(10)의 나사연결부(12L)(12R)에 결합되며 후단에 내향 걸림턱(31)이 형성되어 주름관(50) 단부를 고정하기 위한 링너트(30)와, 상기 링너트(30)의 조임 시 상기 패킹부재(20)를 압착시키면서 주름관(50)에 밀착되도록 상기 링너트(30) 내부에 배치되는 압착링(40)을 갖춘 주름관 연결장치에 있어서,상기 압착링(40)은 일측단(41)이 상기 패킹부재(20)의 측단(21)과 당접하고 타측단 외주는 상기 링너트(30)의 내향 걸림턱(31)에 걸리도록 테이퍼면(42)으로 이루어지며,상기 압착링(40)의 타측단 내주에는 상기 링너트(30)의 조임 시 주름관(50)의 골(51) 내부로 수용되어 밀착되는 환상돌기(43)가 일체로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 주름관 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압착링(40)의 타측단에는 상기 환상돌기(43)가 견실하게 밀착되도록 일정한 간격으로 복수개의 절결홈(44)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주름관 연결장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 패킹부재(20)의 측단(21)과 상기 압착링(40)의 일측단(41) 중 어느 하나에는 원주방향으로 요홈(45)이 형성되고 다른 하나에는 상기 요홈(45)에 결합되는 결합돌기(22)가 마련되어,상기 패킹부재(20)의 측단(21)과 상기 압착링(40)의 일측단(41)이 요철 결합방식으로 당접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주름관 연결장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 패킹부재(20)의 단부에는 상기 나사연결부(12L)(12R)내에서 상기 주름관(50)의 단부를 여유있게 감싸도록 통형상의 립부(23)가 마련되어, 상기 주름관(50)과 연결소켓(10)의 직접적인 접촉을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주름관 연결장치.
