Claims (2)
- 중공이 형성된 샤프트와, 이 샤프트의 상부측 외주부를 따라 부착된 주름체 형상으로 지름방향으로 겹쳐진 다수의 된 고무층(12)과, 이 각각의 고무층(12)들 사이에 형성된 금속재질의 링(13) 및, 상기 고무층(12)중 가장 바깥쪽 고무층(12)의 외주면을 둘러싸도록 형성된 금속재질의 원통형 외통부(14)를 갖춘 원추형 액슬스프링에 있어서,상기 각각의 고무층(12)들에는 이 고무층(12)들의 원주방향으로 좁고 긴 구멍(12a)이 형성되되, 이 각각의 고무층(12)들에 형성된 구멍(12a)들은 대차의 전후방향을 따라 배열되고, 상기 각각의 링(13)에는 상기 구멍들의 배열방향과 일치하도록 그 외주부에 돌출된 스토퍼(13a)가 형성되며, 상기 샤프트(11)는 위쪽으로 갈수록 점차 직경이 급속히 작아지는 원추형을 이루도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 대차의 원추형 액슬스프링.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원추형 액슬스프링은 전후방향 강성이 좌우방향 강성의 1/3 내지 1/4 사이의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 대차의 원추형 액슬스프링.
