Claims (1)
- 기판(1)에 설치한 모터(2)의 축(2A)에는 성형롤러(3)를 고정하고 안내구멍(101)내에서 실린더(7)의 피스톤로드(7A)에 의하여 이동되는 축받이(5)에는 성형롤러(4)를 축(6)으로 고정하여 축(2A)(6)의 기어(8)(8')는 서로 이맞춤시켜 성형롤러(3)(4)의 사이에다 금속링(16)을 끼워 회전시킬 수 있도록하고 성형롤러(3)(4)의 양측과 하부에는 한쌍의 롤러(10)(10')를 회전자유롭게 설치한 수개의 지지판(9)을 안내돌기(1')에 끼워서 실린더(11)의 피스톤로드(11A)에 의하여 이동시킬 수 있도록하여 금속링(16)의 자세를 안정되게 유지시킬 수 있도록하고 기판(1)의 돌편(1A)에는 실린더(12)를 고정하고 피스톤로드(12A)의 단부에는 원추롤러(13)를 축(14)으로 설치하여 금속링(16)을 ㄱ자링(16')으로 절곡시킬 수 있도록하며 기판(1)의 돌편(1B)에는 실린더(15)를 고정하여 피스톤로드(15A)는 실린더(12)에 고정하여 이동시킬 수 있도록함을 특징으로한 금속링의 절곡장치.
