Claims (2)
- 입력 고주파 신호를 선형 증폭하여 출력하는 전치 왜곡형 선형 전력 증폭기에 있어서,상기 입력 고주파 신호를 선형 증폭하는 적어도 1이상의 증폭 트랜지스터를 갖는 증폭부;상기 증폭 트랜지스터의 베이스에 에미터가 연결되어 기준 바이어스 전압을 공급하는 적어도 1이상의 바이어스 트랜지스터와, 상기 바이어스 트랜지스터에 병렬로 연결된 저항과, 상기 저항과 접지 단자에 직렬로 연결된 적어도 1이상의 순방향 다이오드를 포함하여 상기 증폭 트랜지스터의 베이스에 기준 바이어스 전압을 공급해주는 바이어스 회로; 및상기 바이어스 회로의 저항에 병렬로 연결되며 상기 기준 바이어스 전압에 역방향으로 연결되어 상기 입력 고주파 신호가 소정 레벨 이상이 될 경우 상기 입력 고주파 신호를 바이패스시키는 역방향 다이오드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 다이오드를 이용한 전치 왜곡형 선형 전력 증폭기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 역방향 다이오드는 상기 입력 고주파 신호의 레벨에 따라 소자의 커패시턴스값이 가변적으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역방향 다이오드를 이용한 전치 왜곡형 선형 전력 증폭기.
