Claims (23)
- 란셋을 포함하는 란셋홀더가 이동가능하게 장착되는 개구를 갖는 하우징을 포함하고,- 란셋홀더는 스프링부재에 연결되고 란셋홀더는 적어도 하나의 베어링부재를 포함하며,- 적어도 하나의 지지면이 하우징에 제공되어, 란셋홀더의 제 1 위치에서 베어링부재가 지지면상에 있게되며, 그리고- 트리거 유닛은 란셋홀더를 제 2 위치로 옮기며,트리거 유닛의 방출버튼은 선형운동을 하며, 상기 선형운동이 베어링부재와 지지면 상호간의 상대적인 회전으로 전환되어, 란셋홀더의 제 2 위치에서의 베어링부재가, 낙하전 인장되어있는 스프링요소를 적어도 부분적으로 느슨하게 하는 지지면으로부터 낙하하고 란셋홀더가 하우징에 대해 상대적으로 운동하여 란셋의 선단이 하우징의 개구로부터 나타나는 절개장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링요소는, 베어링부재가 지지면상에 있을때 이 스프링 요소가 인장된 상태로 있는 방식으로 란셋홀더에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방출버튼의 선형운동은 하우징의 길이방향 축선을따라 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 트리거 유닛은, 베어링부재가 지지면으로부터 낙하하도록, 방출버튼의 선형운동에 의해 베어링부재에 대해 가압되는 회전식 구동요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 회전식 구동요소는 방출버튼의 운동에 의해 변형되는 적어도 하나의 탄성램을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 회전식 구동요소는 하우징의 내부로 신장하는 적어도 하나의 사면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링부재는, 란셋이 하우징의 개구를 통해 나온 후, 스프링부재 또는 다른 스프링에 의해 지지면의 아랫쪽에 대해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전식 운동은 란셋홀더에 의해 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 란셋홀더는 두개의 베어링부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면은, 란셋홀더의 베어링부재가 장착되는 함몰부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 트리거 유닛은, 방출버튼이 작동하지 않으면 베어링부재와 지지면간의 상대적인 회전을 방지하는 고정부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재는 란셋홀더의 오목부와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은, 베어링부재와 지지면간의 우연한 상대적인 회전을 방지하는 고정부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절개장치는, 탈착가능한 란셋용 살균 보호장치를 구비하며, 이 보호장치는, 살균 보호장치가 란셋과 분리되지 않는다면, 베어링부재와 지지면간의 상대적인 회전을 방지하는 고정부재를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 살균 보호장치는, 란셋홀더가 란셋의 절개방향에 평행하게 이동하는 것을 방지하는 바브(barb)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 란셋홀더의 낙하운동을 정지시키는 멈춤부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 란셋홀더의 상기 낙하운동은 멈춤부와 적어도 하나의 베어링부재의 상호작용에 의해 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하우징의 개구가 하우징에 이동가능하게 장착된 캡에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절개장치.
- 절개장치로 절개과정을 개시하는 방법으로,- 절개장치의 하우징 내부의 지지면상에 란셋홀더를 지지하는 단계,- 트리거 유닛의 적어도 일부가 선형운동을 하도록 절개장치의 트리거 유닛을 작동시키는 단계,- 란셋홀더가 지지면으로부터 낙하하여 낙하운동을 실시할 때까지, 트리거 유닛의 선형운동을 란셋홀더와 지지면간의 상대적인 회전으로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하고,- 란셋홀더의 낙하운동중, 란셋홀더의 란셋선단이 하우징의 개구를 통해 나오게 되는 절개과정의 개시방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 란셋의 재인장이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 트리거 유닛의 상기 선형운동이 회전운동면에 대해 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항의 절개장치가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
