Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 가시광선의 소정 파장영역의 입사광에 대하여 반사를 행하는 복수의 컬러필터;및상기 복수개의 컬러필터의 각각 대응되도록 설치되며, 대응되는 컬러필터에서 입사 및 반사되는 광량을 조절하여 원하는 색을 만들어 내는 복수의 광스위치를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토닉 크리스탈을 이용한 반사형 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 반사형 컬러필터는 적, 녹, 청(R, G, B)의 파장의 빛만을 각각반사할 수 있는 밴드갭을 갖는 포토닉 크리스탈을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토닉 크리스탈을 이용한 반사형 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사형 컬러필터는 콜로이드(colloid)를 이용하여 제작된 포토닉 크리스탈을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토닉 크리스탈을 이용한 반사형 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광스위치로 LC(Liquid Crystal Switch)를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토닉 크리스탈을 이용한 반사형 디스플레이 장치.
