Abstract

팥빙수를 다이어트 기능을 갖게 하기 위해, 젤리나 떡대신 한천을 이용하며, 팥시럽에 소금 대신 함초를 넣어 미네랄과 섬유소를 보충한다. 또한 설탕대신 칼로리가 낮고 단맛이 높은 아스파탐, 자일리톨, 올리고당을 함께 또는 선택적으로 사용하며 이를 통해 자일리톨의 충치예방효과와 올리고당의 장기능 활성화를 부수적으로 갖게한다.

기존의 떡이나 젤리대신 한천을 이용하며, 팥시럽에 소금과 설탕대신 함초와 아스파탐, 올리고당, 자일리톨을 이용한다.
다이어트 효과를 위시해 선택적으로 올리고당과 자일리톨을 쓸 경우 각각 장기능개선과 충치예방효과를 볼 수 있다.
