Description
Claims (19)
- 축심에 유체 출구가 있고 이 축심으로부터 벗어난 위치에 유체 입구가 있는 필터부로서, 미세물을 포함하는 유체를 상기 유체 입구로부터 소정 유속으로 공급하여 소용돌이를 일으키고, 원심 상태로 미세물을 외측으로 이동시켜 미세물을 분리한 유체를 상기 유체 출구로부터 배출하며, 상기 소용돌이를 감속시켜 분리된 미세물을 침강시키는 필터부와;이 필터부에서 침전되는 미세물을 침전시키는 침전부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 테이퍼형 하부를 갖는 밀폐통체를 복수단형으로 설치하고,최상류단의 상기 밀폐통체에는 축심으로부터 벗어난 측부에 상기 유체 입구가 마련되며, 축심에 대응하는 부위에 상기 유체 출구가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 별개로 형성된 상기 밀폐통체를 복수단형으로 접속하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 한 쌍의 블록체를 접합하여 상기 밀폐통체를복수단형으로 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 상기 밀폐통체를 겹쳐 복수단형으로 설치하고, 최내측에 위치하는 최상류측의 밀폐통체로부터 최외측에 위치하는 최하류측의 밀폐통체에 미세물을 침강시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 상기 밀폐통체를 통체에 일체로 설치하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 상기 축심 상에 장해물을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터부의 유체 출구는 구경이 조정 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 상기 밀폐통체를 가열하는 가열 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 상기 유체 입구를 가열하는 가열 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 미세물을 침강시키는 자력을 부여하는 자력 발생 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터부는 미세물을 침강시키는 진동을 부여하는 초음파 발생 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 침전부는 상기 필터부에 착탈 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 침전부는 침전 미세물을 배출하는 배출구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 침전부는 배출구에 배출 밸브가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 침전부는 상기 필터부와 연통하는 측에, 상기 침전부에 침전한 미세물을 배출할 때에 연통을 차단하는 절환 밸브가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 침전부는 미세물의 침전량을 육안으로 볼 수 있는 투명부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 배출 밸브를 개폐하는 구동 수단과, 상기 배출 밸브를 개방하는 시간을 계측하는 타이머와, 이 타이머에 기초하여 상기 구동 수단을 제어하여 정기적으로 상기 배출 밸브를 개방하는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 배출 밸브를 개폐하는 구동 수단과, 상기 미세물의 침전량을 검지하는 검지 수단과, 이 검지 수단의 검지 정보에 기초하여 상기 구동 수단을 제어하여 상기 배출 밸브를 개방하는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
