Claims (7)
- 건조된 미세 분말상 재료의 샘플을 제조하는 장치로서, 상기 샘플을 수용하는 복합 전기 컴포넌트의 전기 파라미터의 변화를 측정함으로써 잔류 탄소 함유량을 측정할 수 있도록 하는 샘플을 제조하는 장치에 있어서,스크류 컨베이어(2)와 복합 전기 컴포넌트(3)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 스크류 컨베이어(2)는 건조된 미세 분말상 재료를 복합 전기 컴포넌트(3) 안으로 공급하여 압축시키고, 상기 복합 전기 컴포넌트(3)는 밀폐형 측정 챔버를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크류 컨베이어(2) 및 상기 복합 전기 컴포넌트(3) 는 건조 분말상 재료를 수용하는 용기 내에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스크류 컨베이어(2)의 이송 스크류(4)의 회전 방향이 가역적인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스크류 컨베이어(2)가 상향으로 개방된 포집 홈통을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 건조된 미세 분말상 재료의 샘플을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 샘플을 수용하는 복합 전기 컴포넌트의 전기 파라미터의 변화를 측정함으로써 잔류 탄소 함유량을 측정할 수 있도록 한 샘플 제조 방법에 있어서,건조된 분말상 재료가 복합 전기 컴포넌트(3) 안에서 급격한 압축력의 상승이 발생할 때까지 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 건조된 분말상 재료는, 복합 전기 컴포넌트(3) 안에서의 압축력이 200% 이상으로 급격하게 상승할 때까지 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,건조된 분말상 재료가 스크류 컨베이어(2)에 의해 복합 전기 컴포넌트(3) 안으로 이송되어, 압축력의 급격한 유의적 상승이 기록될 때까지 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
