Abstract

Predmetom vynálezu je sposob vytvárania vzoriek z plastického cesta napr. tehliarske) hlíny. Tieto vzorky definovaných rozmerov slúži na meranie vlhkosti mikrovlnnou metodou. Predmetom vynálezu je sposob vytvárania vzoriek z plastického cesta napr. tehliarskej hlíny. Tieto vzorky definovaných rozmerov slúži na meranie vlhkosti mikrovlnnou metodou. Při spésobu podfa vynálezu sa používá zariadenia, ktoré je konstruované tak, aby odběr vzorky bol umožněný priamo vo výrobnej linke a aby umožnil aj laboratorně využíváme. Vzorka z plastickej suroviny sa vytvára priamočlarym pohybom piestu vzorkovača, którý je spojený s priamočarym motorom napr. hydromotorom. Tvar vzorky, którý sa požaduje pre meranie je vyformovaný v predústi vzorkovača, ktoré je jeho súčasťou. Požadované zhutnenie možno dosiahnúť v predústi změnou jeho tvaru, čo priamo vplýva na pasivné odpory proti pohybu suroviny, ktorým je úměrný tlak nutný na vytvorenle vzorky.
