Abstract

La invencion se refiere a una instalacion asi como un procedimiento para la preparacion de muestras de material preponderantemente en forma de polvo y seco, particularmente de residuos de combustion en forma de polvo como ceniza de filtro o volatil para la determinacion del contenido remanente de carbono mediante la determinacion del cambio de parametros electricos de una elemento constructivo electrico complejo que contiene las muestras preparadas por analizar. El problema en el que se basa la invencion consiste en obtener de manera sencilla muestras convenientes de material en forma de polvo y seco, como, por ejemplo, ceniza de filtro o volatil con un extremadamente mal comportamiento de talud, que hacen posible una determinacion del contenido remanente de carbono de conformidad con el procedimiento descrito con alta precision. Este problema se resuelve inventivamente porque la ceniza volatil se transporta mediante un transportador (2) de tornillo sinfin al elemento (3) constructivo electrico complejo y se compacta hasta el grado en que se registra un aumento brusco, significativo de la fuerza de compactacion. Se encontro que con la compactacion de la ceniza volatil al alcanzar un grado de compactacion determinado se registra un aumento de fuerza de compactacion de mas del 200 por ciento, sin que se logre un aumento adicional del grado de compactacion. Con esto se vuelve posible preparar de manera sencilla muestras con condiciones de compactacion definidas que hacen posible una determinacion suficientemente precisa del contenido remanente de carbono.
