Claims (10)
- 하부기판 및 상부기판을 준비하는 공정;상기 양 기판 중 어느 하나의 기판 상에 UV경화형 씨일재를 형성하는 공정;상기 양 기판 중 어느 하나의 기판 상에 액정을 적하하는 공정;상기 양 기판을 합착하는 공정; 및상기 합착 기판의 상측 및 하측에 이중으로 마스크를 위치시켜 상기 씨일재가 형성된 영역 이외의 영역을 가리고 UV를 조사하는 공정을 포함하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 씨일재는 양 말단에 아크릴기가 결합된 모노머 또는 올리고머를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 씨일재는 한쪽 말단에는 아크릴기가, 다른 쪽 말단에는 에폭시기가 결합된 모노머 또는 올리고머를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 UV조사 공정후 가열공정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 UV를 합착 기판면 및 그 이외의 영역에 조사하여 조사된 일부 UV가 반사되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 UV를 합착기판의 상부기판면으로 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 UV를 합착기판의 하부기판면으로 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양 기판 중 어느 하나의 기판 상에 칼럼 스페이서를 형성하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 칼럼 스페이서를 상기 상부기판 상에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 UV경화형 씨일재를 상기 상부기판 위에 형성하고, 상기 액정을 상기 하부기판 위에 적하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
