Claims (22)
- 식 (LnxCa1-x)yFeO3-δ로 표현되며, Ln은 La이거나, La를 포함한 란탄족의 혼합물이고, 1.0 > x > 0.5, 1.1 ≥y > 1.0이며, δ는 이 금속 산화물의 전하를 중성이 되게 하는 수치인 금속 산화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.98 > x > 0.75, 1.05 ≥y ≥1.01인 금속 산화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (Lax.85Ca0.15)1.01FeO3-δ, (La0.8Ca0.2)1.01FeO3-δ, (La0.9Ca0.1)1.01FeO3-δ, 및 (La0.95Ca0.05)1.01FeO3-δ에서 선택되는 것인 금속 산화물.

- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 측면에 산소 환원 촉매가 마련되는 것인 고상 막.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2 측면의 촉매는 국제 순정 및 응용화학 연합에 따른 원소 주기율표의 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15족, 및 F블록 란탄족에서 선택되는 금속 또는 그 산화물을 포함하는 것인 고상 막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 금속 또는 그 산화물은 백금, 팔라듐, 루테늄, 금, 은, 비스무트, 바륨, 바나듐, 몰리브덴, 세륨, 프라세오디뮴, 코발트, 로듐, 및 망간에서 선택되는 것인 고상 막.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 측면에 다성분 금속 산화물이 마련되는 것인 고상 막.
- 수소와 일산화탄소를 포함하는 합성 가스 생성물의 생산 방법으로서,i) 제4항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 고상 막에 의해 산화제측과 반응물측으로 분리되어 마련되는 반응 영역을 제공하는 단계:ⅱ) 상기 막의 산화제측에 산화제 공급 온도와 산소 가스 공급 압력으로 가열된 산소 함유 공급 가스를 접촉시키는 단계;ⅲ) 상기 막의 반응물측에 반응물 가스 공급 온도와 반응물 가스 공급 압력으로 가열된 메탄 함유 반응물 가스를 접촉시켜, 반응 영역의 산화제측의 산소가 고상 막을 투과하여 반응 영역의 반응물측에 이르고, 메탄 함유 반응물 가스와 반응하여 합성 가스 생성물을 형성하는 단계와;ⅳ) 합성 가스 생성물을 반응 영역의 반응물측으로부터 취출하는 단계;ⅴ) 산소 고갈 가스 흐름을 반응 영역의 산화제측으로부터 취출하는 단계를 포함하는 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,ⅵ) 수증기 및 하나 이상의 탄화수소로 이루어진 가열된 기상 흐름을 탄화수소의 수증기 개질을 촉진시키는 하나 이상의 촉매에 접촉시켜, 적어도 메탄, 수소, 및 산화탄소를 포함하는 부분 개질된 중간 가스를 형성하는 단계;ⅶ) 단계(ⅲ)의 반응 영역의 반응물측에 상기 부분 개질된 중간 가스를 도입하는 단계를 더 포함하는 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 반응물 공급 가스의 온도는 510℃(950℉) 내지 760℃(1400℉)이고, 상기 합성 가스 생성물의 반응물측 출구 온도는 815℃(1500℉)를 초과하는 것인 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 가스 공급 압력은 0.07 barG(1 psig) 내지 3 barG(45 psig)인 것인 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응물 가스 공급 압력은 7 barG(100 psig) 내지 62 barG(900 psig)인 것인 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 가스 공급 온도는 상기 반응물 가스 공급 온도보다 높고 95 ℃(200 ℉) 이하인 것인 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 가스 공급 온도는 산소 고갈 산화제 가스의 출구 온도보다 낮은 것인 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(ⅱ)의 산소 함유 공급 가스는 직접 가열식 연소기에서 연료와 함께 직접 연소함으로써 가열되어, 가열된 산소 함유 공급 가스를 제공하는 고온 가압 연소 생성물이 생성되는 것인 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
- 제14항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 메탄 함유 반응물 가스는 물, 이산화탄소, 및 수소에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 더 포함하는 것인 합성 가스 생성물 생산 방법.
