Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 기판에 액티브 영역과 더미영역을 정의한 후, 상기 액티브 영역 바깥 영역에 블랙 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 액티브 영역에 선택적으로 RGB 레진을 형성함과 동시에 더미영역 선택적으로 RGB 레진을 형성하는 단계와;상기 결과물 상부에 보호막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 보호막상에 감광성 레진을 형성하고, 상기 감광성 레진상에 할프-톤 마스크 패턴을 형성하는 단계와;상기 할프-톤 마스크 패턴을 이용하여 상기 감광성 레진을 선택적으로 식각하여 균일한 높이를 갖는 지주 스페이서를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 지주 스페이서 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 더미영역의 할프톤 마스크 패턴의 형상은 사각도트형, 원도트형, 가로줄형, 세로줄형인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 지주 스페이서 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 감광성 레진은 고분자 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 지주 스페이서 형성방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질에서 아크릴계, 에폭시계, 배향제, 포토 레지스트중 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 지주 스페이서 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지주 스페이서 영역의 지주밀도는 1PS/3 픽셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 지주 스페이서 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지주 스페이서 형상이 15∼20㎛와 같은 직사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 지주 스페이서 형성방법.
